During the stay, there was an event happening, but the service quality was maintained and quickly responded. The only is the HK team rang the bell a few times during the day time to check if the service needed.

Super hotel! I never said he 4 stars! It is MUCH better! From the entrance to housekeeping (towels changed every day) no complaints

Value for money. Friendly staff. A good choice for family. Need 10mins walk to metro station but very easy to get Uber so all good. Recommended for family with a child (x1) who don’t prefer to book 2 rooms.

Wonderful stay at Marriott Lisbon 🤍 The location is perfect, everything is spotless, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help

The food is varied, and the assortment and diversity (oysters, octopus, squid, every day fish) and different meat. Natural juices, Pepsi Cola, 7up without restrictions

Wine, beer, champagne without restrictions for dinner. Located in the centre of the city. TAXI to the old town, 6€, in T

The rooms were small, bed uncomfortable, air conditioning is noisy, and the location is terrible!. To go to the pool in recepshn need to buy a hat, and to go to sauna you need to pay 30 euros

Everything was amazing. The room was fantastic and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was fabulous

This is Place is very close to the city centre and has a great Jacuzzi pools and sauna room

We didn't know which hotel we were going to and we found out when we got there. Corinthia is really a 5 star hotel! We spent 2018 new year night there and we absolutely enjoyed it

Such friendly and helpful staff in a beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities. Loved the spa and rooftop pool and sitting at the bar for an evening cocktail. The breakfast is worth it with so many delightful choices

Irene from the room is very nice. But when got into the room, there was a box left inside the trash bin. Most likely the housekeeper didn’t check when preparing the room. The body wash bottle was empty too

The room amenities were quite good, and the doormen and staff were all very attentive. The only slight letdown was that breakfast in the morning didn't quite meet our expectations, but everything else was fantastic

The room also featured a floor-to-ceiling window that could almost fully open (with a safety rail outside). Both the lounge and restaurant are on the first floor

This was the only place in Lisbon that truly left a lasting impression on us. The location is excellent, close to both El Corte Inglés and Avenida da Liberdade

The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom with its excellent wet/dry separation – the shower's water barrier was perfect

Good location, staff kind wonderful hotel

Close to a small shopping center and about 20 minutes walk from the main square by the sea. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. On the top floor there is a cafe/restaurant with wonderful views of the city

After a full day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind there. Only minor downside was that the decor is slightly dated in some areas, but overall, it’s well-maintained and has that classic Sheraton charm

We had a great stay at Sheraton Lisboa! The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of Lisbon’s main attractions

We also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and something for everyone. Special mention to the spa and gym facilities—they were top-notch

There is a gym and an indoor (transparent roof) swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The main attractions can be reached on foot or by metro

We definitely recommend it before visiting the city or for a business trip (there were a lot of obviously business travelers, even too formally dressed people from all over Europe, and some kind of cozy conferences were taking place in business enterprises)

Reception could get really busy during the day but generally decent, quiet and clean. And the staffs are generally very helpful. I strongly recommend Atlis Grand. You should stay here anytime you visit Lisbon

Excellent hotel a block from the main street. There is its own paid underground parking. The hotel is not the newest, but you can feel the class of service, luxurious breakfasts, wonderful staff, large room

The location is very good, quiet in a busy area. The room is not big, but the hygiene and service are good, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic

When we checked in the receptionist is not very presented, she said you have booked city view room, the room is like that. we went in the first room it was on the 6th. floor, there was no view at all

The breakfast is outstanding and the pool is stunning. The location was a bit far from some of the things we wanted to see but it was still easily walkable and the tree-lined streets were a great walk to come home

Beautiful restaurant, traditional architecture and service with a modern twist. Pedro was easily the best host we have met. Amazing Bife do Lombo with a delightful Portuguese beer sauce. Will definitely return! 5 stars.

This restaurant serves very typical Portuguese cuisine. All the seafood is incredibly fresh and tastes absolutely delicious. The service is also extremely thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommended!

However, I found it very mean to make me pay for documents to print (3 euros per page) when in all hotels you can print as much as you want in the business center??? I will return with pleasure

Stayed here for a short trip and loved it. Breakfast was delicious with both local and international items. The room was cozy, and the bathroom was very clean. Excellent hospitality from the entire team.

  Hotel itself is nice but the hallways are so dark-for the ambiance I guess. Breakfast buffet features Portuguese selection and has quite a bit of choices. Staff was super helpful and friendly

Beautiful hotel with good size room for Europe. A bit far from the middle of everything (Avenida Liberdade and downtown area) but only a 7€ uber ride

Firstly, the listing indicated that there was a swimming pool available. However, upon arrival I was informed that the pool is seasonal and was not open during my stay

Most importantly, after returning home, I developed a skin rash and was diagnosed with scabies by a doctor. While it is difficult to determine the exact source, this condition may have been related to the accommodation

Aside from the issues mentioned above, the stay was generally acceptable, but I hope the hotel will take these concerns seriously and improve the guest experience

I strongly recommend that the hotel carefully review its hygiene standards and bedding sanitation procedures to prevent potential health risks for future guests

What the website shows photos is full window but actually they gave small window , check in stuff was rude , checkout we tried calling to get our luggage no one picked up for 15 min so we had to drag all 4 bags to lobby which was 500 meters away , hotel so lovely , spay and pool was helpful for excercise but staff can be improved in check in and checkout

The main building of the hotel is a refurbished palace, which is unique and beautiful. Staff service is exceptional, guiding you through every part of the hotel, since your arrival and till your departure.

Wonderful stay - did not expect the hotel to be so grand from the photos but was very amazed on arrival. Everything classic and immaculate, with excellent breakfasts and service throughout our 5 day stay.

The best place to stay in portgal from a purely amenities /experience. Note it is a little out of the way, so not the best place to stay if you want to explore Lisbon. But it is a really great experience

Beautiful hotel close to Oriente station. Bad smell on the street, the public services should take more care about the area around and properly support this excellent 5* place. Easy check-in and out procedure

The bed was comfortable, the towels were large snd soft, the shower was amazing. The lighting in the bathroom and the room were bright! So nice to be able to see doing my makeup and getting dressed

The hotel is very well situated close to the airport and the train/bus station. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The reception was very attentive and helpful. Checking in and checking out was very smooth.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Orient railway station, but the cobblestone streets make it a bit challenging with luggage. A taxi ride to the airport takes about 10 minutes

The hotel is great, and the location is excellent. The air conditioning is a bit noisy, but it helps drown out the outside street noise.

It takes 10minutes from airport by metro it's 3 metro station. You can use the red subway metro. Subway tickets can be purchased from vending machines and can be easily found by following the sign at the airport

There is no person to use in the evening, we can enjoy relaxed time. Breakfast is not luxurious but can be very satisfying. The shopping center is  very closely in the hotel

The environment is invincible. There is the beach downstairs. It is very comfortable to run. There is a gym upstairs with complete equipment. The swimming pool is heated and suitable for children to swim.

Terrific breakfast, say yes to the orange juice, candidly, if you order eggs a breakfast that can sometimes take a bit longer than you would expect

Hotel was clean and provided a good breakfast, unfortunately no provision to make tea or coffee in the room.

The room was clean, the power outlets were easy to use, and there was a coffee machine and steamer, which I thought was a nice touch. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, so I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal.

I got a room to stay put all day in busy Lisbon. Ate at Yasuki’s Japanese and the food was amazing, the next morning breakfast was so worth it - unique items and so many options for all sorts of diets

We loved our stay at Avani! The staff was great especially the breakfast staff at the restaurant in the morning. The restaurant staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful

A good hotel with a peaceful spa. Lovely pool. Rooms are modern with very good bathrooms. Breakfast is ample yet somehow without a theme. Massively overstaffed yet slow and inaccurate service.

Amenities and facilities were also great - rooftop bar and pool should stay open later than 6pm!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as we celebrated our 20 years wedding anniversary. The hotel was immaculate and very pleasant. The staff were very personable and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

While I did not require my room to be disturbed, they offered to change my towels. Location definitely excellent, just above the metro station, Marques De Pombal

Reception was very helpful and pleasant. Room was not ready when I check in at 4pm. And they offer me some nice butter cookies

Mattress was comfortable!  When I had problem locking my room door, they send the hotel guy to help me look into the issue. It was coz I did not use enough strength to turn the knob to lock it

The hotel's location is great, making it convenient for getting around. However, the underground parking garage entrance is quite narrow, so parking a slightly larger car there is very difficult.

Breakfast buffet was plentiful & included gluten free & dairy free options if you asked for them. My only negative point was the loud noise throughout the night

Even though checkin time was late, but they agreed to let us checkin earlier, since we had arrived from a 9h flight, at 6am, so at around 9am we got to the room without any extra charge

Lovely hotel beside the airport, though showing signs of age. Excellent warm and friendly staff who facilitated a room change quickly. Perfect indoor heated swimming pool for winter, clean spa and gym area

Check in was easy and room was perfect for a one night stay. There’s an airport shuttle and it’s literally 3min up the road. Make sure to be extra early if you want to use the shuttle. The shuttle runs for both hotels

Wonderful location close to the airport. Checked in late arriving the airport late but it wasnt a problem and just in time for dinner at the hotel restaurant

The breakfast is great and luckily it starts at 4am, so people (like us) with early flights can still catch some food before leaving
