I have absolutely loved this beautiful boutique hotel, the location is amazing, there are many shops around the hotel and a pharmacey is right next door.
The room was very clean, however what really stood out was the level of care and service the hotel’s team treated me with. I really appreciated Bruna’s help, she was so kind to adjust a mistake I made in my booking, I had arrived from the airport and found out that I made the wrong booking dates and she fixed it without stressing me, in fact she made me feel so welcome and at almost as if I am at Home.
Thank you so much Bruna, thank you so much to the whole team, keep up the great work. I’ll keep staying with you every time I visit Lisbon

I'm honestly puzzled where is the boutique part in this hotel. Tiny basic hotel, with exceptionally small rooms, no place even to open a luggage. The service is inconsistent, from nice to unfriendly. The breakfast is of a low quality and no variety. The location is nice amd close to center.

Excellent service even though I wasn't staying there. I was lost and I went inside, so a receptionist I think her name was Valerie, helped me get a taxi and gave me directions to where I was going. Thank you so much if you read this; the hotel staff are wonderful

Heartbreaking experience — zero empathy.
My child is hospitalized nearby, and after several sleepless nights at the hospital, we just needed one night close by to rest. I called the hotel two days earlier, explained our situation, and was told it was fine for my 12-year-old son to stay with me while my husband stayed at the hospital. At no point were we planning to have more than two people in the room.
When we arrived, exhausted and worried, the attitude at the reception was cold and unwelcoming. The receptionist spoke with the owner on the phone, and instead of showing the slightest compassion, they refused to host us and told us to leave.
All we wanted was a few hours of rest — not a holiday, just a bit of humanity. After many years in Portugal, this was the first time I felt such a lack of kindness and empathy. Truly disappointing

Rooms were kept very clean. Breakfast was a delight, very good range with orange juice, coffees, teas, pancakes, sweet pastries, croissants, breads, yoghurts, fruit, preserves and eggs (made fresh any way). Perfect start to the day.
Welcome box with really tasty Pastel de Nata in the room was a nice touch and they were probably the best I had whilst in Lisbon.
Staff at breakfast were really helpful. Location perfect, in an area which wasn't too built up but also walking distance to main sights.
Only criticism was at check-in with the language barrier. The ladies' english wasn't great and I was given incorrect information for how to get the Lisboa card (was told I can get from any station/subway). I also wasn't given a map whereas the receptionist the next day explained everything better and provided a tourist map.

- The location is ok but right for the price. It is in a quiet area of Lisboa, not the center, which is nice but we had to use the Metro to get dinner as we only found 1 good restaurant for that around. The closest station we found is Picoas and is about a 15 min walk. After a long day seeing all the sites, I am not going to deny that the walk and metro rides to get dinner were hard for me (but maybe it is just me!). Other than the lack of places for dinner around, it was a great place to stay and we will consider staying there again. They do have plenty good places for lunch which worked well our first day.

+ The room was the right size for our needs. Super comfortable bed and very nice bathroom and closet space. Everything was very nice and clean! The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. It was our first time in Lisboa and they were very helpful answering questions. The breakfast service was also great!! Good food, but the service gets delayed when more tables are filled. Should have more staff.

Ordered two waters, one with gas and one without: two bottles with gas delivered. Ordered a tea: it never arrived. Ordered the vegetarian mezza: they gave us meat dishes. Asked for dessert: was told the first thing I asked for wasn't in stock and the waitress literally turned and walked off before I could ask for something else. When the bill arrived (and was sent back for correction) naturally they wouldn't take foreign cards (IN LISBON!) so I had to cross the busy road to a cashpoint and return.
The food was basic and passable, delivered after a massive wait. It just was not at all worth it. From the discussions around us we were certainly not the only ones receiving poor service.
