We had a room at level 2 facing street, and it's very noisy. Hotel is very old, breakfast is average too.

I stayed in room 311, which was at the end of two long corridors. The facilities were quite old, the furniture was noisy, and the bathroom door required a lot of force to close. The room was poorly soundproofed; the noise from the shower in the next room downstairs severely affected my sleep. I complained to the front desk, but they didn't do anything about it. The location is great. Tram No. 28 is right outside, and the staff are friendly. Slippers are provided upon request. Portugal doesn't have many hotels that are child-friendly, so this hotel is a good choice in that regard. The breakfast is not overly extensive, but has a decent selection and is quite tasty. There's also a large supermarket next door, which is nice, but it closes around 9 p.m.

Very friendly service by the staffs everywhere. Great location within walking distance from all the places of interest. Only wish that they have USB ports by the bedside though. This has been a standard at other hotels I have been.

The location in relation to the airport is good. Traffic from the hotel to the airport is chaotic , so the proximity helps. Our stay at Vila Gale Opera was very nice. We were very pleased with the staff at the front desk. The lobby bar staff was also very fun and interactive. Very nice and clean room, the rooftop pool was enjoyable and views were amazing. Thank you.

The plastic bed protector and blood stained pillow case were aweful. The hotel stay would have been excellant if I could have slept. The plastic on the bed was loud when I moved around, the plastic was slick and sweaty. Even a layer of inexpensive fabric would make a huge difference. Blood stained pillow case is unforgivable. Sorry to say I won't be back.

This is my first time staying at Sana Hotel. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The service is very good, warm and courteous. The service in the restaurant is also very good. The hotel buffet also has many types and tastes good. When I checked out, the products were still on the first floor. I bought some specialties, and they feel pretty good!

Frequent planes fly over and one side is noisy, so I had to wait in the room.

Beautiful hotel, enchanting and decorated in the style of Lisbon.

I left it in the room and checked out. I inquired later, but they insisted that nothing had happened and did not respond to my inquiries in a courteous manner.

The location is good, on the side of Liberty Avenue, very convenient for transportation, shopping and dining. The hotel room is big enough, the only thing is that the big bed is actually two small beds put together, not a real big bed

The newly renovated top floor has seen numerous new restaurants and bars. The rooms are large and come with sofa beds. Good hotel with a very convenient location, basically next to the main train station. All the shampoo, body wash and lotions are from Rituals, which is good quality and definitely a plus. Breakfast was decent but nothing outstanding and pretty ordinary, though we later understood its quite common with other hotels in Portugal. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

I got a room to stay put all day in busy Lisbon. Ate at Yasuki’s Japanese and the food was amazing, the next morning breakfast was so worth it - unique items and so many options for all sorts of diets. (Thank you for gluten free) I had a detox spa appt scrub, massage, body wrap. The staff was super accommodating when the room they gave me smelled really musty and they let me switch rooms 🙂

Compliments to Catalina, Daniel, and Hugo always attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond when it came to assisting with whatever we needed. Catalina had great dinning suggestions and always facilitated transportation for our group.

The room was clean, the power outlets were easy to use, and there was a coffee machine and steamer, which I thought was a nice touch. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, so I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal.

We loved our stay at Avani! The staff was great especially the breakfast staff at the restaurant in the morning. The restaurant staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. Great location, the property itself is nice, the gym and lobby. The rooms are a little run down, peeling paint, and show a lot of wear and tear. Feels a little dingy. The showers are very small like a small closet. I would not choose to stay here again but it is ok.

Travelled to Lisbon for business on a two day trip. This hotel is still going through fairly invasive renovation in the lobby and pool area. The new rooms are really nice, but the rest of the hotel is just a bit of a mess. Would not recommend until completion!

The room is spacious. Clean and has good amenities. It smelled bad inside the elevator all the time. The lobby isn't very present with dirty floors. Breakfast was average. The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.

The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was very large and clean. The breakfast was decent, though the selection wasn't extensive.

Perfect airport hotel. Check in was easy and room was perfect for a one night stay. There’s an airport shuttle and it’s literally 3min up the road. Make sure to be extra early if you want to use the shuttle. The shuttle runs for both hotels.

There were quite a few Chinese guests, and the staff provided excellent service. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. We stayed in a connected room with a view, which is essentially two rooms with an added external door, perfect for families as it comes with two bathrooms. However, I have to say, the soundproofing of the connecting door wasn't the best.

We weren’t there long, so it’s hard to make a judgment. Staff were nice enough. No issues, no complaints. The hotel, however is like a museum of the 1980s. First generation flat screen TV and old clunky phone by the bed and a glass sink surround. It needs a 2025 upgrade.

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is closed to airport in a convenient location. However it’s about 20 minutes from the city centre therefore requires taxi to get around.

Breakfast just OK. They charge eggs with avocado and similar. I really think that should be free. There is a bunch of air conditioner units in the courtyard, so if you take a courtyard view room be aware that sound isolation is not good and that it can get noisy. You can also hear neighbors talking.

The hotel is quite clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious. The only downside is that I didn't really like the dark decor style of the hallway. There are also many restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining. Just a heads-up, it's good to be careful when walking alone on the street.

Requested a room away from the lifts, it was the first room next to the lifts. Didn’t have the passport but had my driving licence and had to go back home to get the passport,  The room wasn’t clean and was tiny. The reception team wasn’t very friendly. Have staid at this hotel more than 10x and this was the worst experience.

Lovely hotel! We stayed for 4 nights in the twin room. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean with all amenities that may be needed. Very close to Parque metro station and well placed for AIMA appointments. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was well situated, although staff were largely indifferent, though not rude. Room could have been better lit.

The hotel's location is great, making it convenient for getting around. However, the underground parking garage entrance is quite narrow, so parking a slightly larger car there is very difficult.

We stayed two nights, location is few step to metro subway very convenient. Restaurants are nearby. When come back will stay again.
