Wonderful place to stay in Lisbon. Numerous dining options nearby. Clean, friendly and safe location. Easy access to the subway, trains and trams. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this property before a cruise. It happened to be the night of the Christmas tree lighting ceremony, and we enjoyed the fireworks from our balcony window. This hotel is conveniently located; shops, restaurants and bars are easily walkable from this location. We had 2 rooms and our adult children and we found the beds comfortable and the showers a delight on a cold winter’s night - glass enclosure with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety of items, though you do have to put in your order in advance.

The location of the property is optimal for spending time near the Rossio square area. Very easy to walk around and view the sights. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Room was clean, staff very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was served a la carte ordered the night before. Could not have asked for a better location than this little 25 room hotel. Our room was on Main Street which only allowed streetcars but was perfectly quiet. A great choice for a boutique hotel. Will return

This boutique hotel is in the heart of Lisbon a few blocks from the beach. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Absolutely great stay in convenient location to visit Lisbon’s city center. The staff was welcoming and helpful, always smiling and genuinely happy that we chose their hotel for our stay. We had a room with balcony and it was wonderful to walk outside and people watch.
American tourist should keep in mind this is a typical “city center” small European hotel and the rooms are not huge such as at major chains in the US. But as seasoned travelers we know this when booking hotels in Europe and we pack accordingly. Also, the hotel has luggage storage so if you arrive in the morning from the US, you can safely store your bags while you explore the city.
Bottom line, our stay was fantastic and the next time we visit Lisbon, this is where we will stay!

Air conditioner was noisy, large rips in the curtain liners. Not enough plugs and no USB ports. Not accommodating for early check in. Overall the property needs upgrading but the location was excellent.

The hotel is located in the city center and is within walking distance to various attractions.

The room was very spacious with a window overlooking the street. It was clean, and they gave us an electric kettle and tea to keep in the room. They don't have one, but you can ask for it and they'll give it to you.
The service and cleanliness were excellent. The price was also reasonable.

New Year Dinner was 195 € + wine pairing 34 €. Food was very god, tasty, innovative but quality on plates were rather non-standardized (as you observed what fellow guest had on their plates). I even missed yuzu sorbet from my dessert plate and my spuse had to request for it! The waiter couldn’t understand what was wrong with my plate.
Together with foie gras no wine was served, only when I asked whether there should have been wine, we got it AFTERWARDS!
Water was not filled, not without asking for it. Perhaps it was, because we were two males having dinner together, I don’t know. Everybody else around seemed to receive their glasses filled. Our water bottles were emptied by guest in the next table...
You couldn’t make a reservation unless you sent a banktransfer for 50 % of the dinner first. But after 55 minutes of waiting for the check this prepayment was not withdrawn from your bill. Eventually the restaurant Tagide owner had decided that the unfortunate staff had to try to do a successfull profit from the evening
The dining room was UNDERSTAFFED - -definitely, as the dining room was fully occupied. All the guest seemed to have troubles with their dinner or checks.

Great view if you can reserve in advance a table close to the big window. Food quality not constant (is decreased, in my experience and opinion, over the 5 times I was there). However the standard is above average and it is anyhow a pleasant experience.
