Centrally located. Irene from the room is very nice. Overall is very good. But when got into the room, there was a box left inside the trash bin. Most likely the housekeeper didn’t check when preparing the room. The body wash bottle was empty too. They responded fast when I feedback.

This was the only place in Lisbon that truly left a lasting impression on us. The location is excellent, close to both El Corte Inglés and Avenida da Liberdade. The room amenities were quite good, and the doormen and staff were all very attentive. The only slight letdown was that breakfast in the morning didn't quite meet our expectations, but everything else was fantastic.

The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom with its excellent wet/dry separation – the shower's water barrier was perfect. The room also featured a floor-to-ceiling window that could almost fully open (with a safety rail outside). Both the lounge and restaurant are on the first floor. The lobby had a great ambiance with beautiful flower arrangements.

Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.  Bathrooms are very upscale with bidet and bowl sinks.  Fully stocked frig and large cozy robes included.

It was our return stay before flying home, and once again we had a comfortable experience. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk from Avenida da Liberdade, but it's a bit far from the old town, so you'll need to take a bus or a taxi to get there. The room came with standard disposable slippers and even a capsule coffee machine. Overall, the facilities are quite good.

The location is a bit farther from the main shopping area, but it offers a quiet and peaceful environment. However, the cleanliness could be improved, and the towels feel a bit worn and outdated. On the positive side, they provide complimentary bottled water, which is a nice touch.

The common rooms of decoration is elegant and beautiful. Very suitable to take photos and I love the huge Christmas tree in the hall as I took many beautiful photos there. Really excellent. The best place to stay in portgal from a purely amenities /experience. Note it is a little out of the way, so not the best place to stay if you want to explore Lisbon. But it is a really great experience.

This hotel is very close to the train and bus stations, easily within walking distance. However, Lisbon's sidewalks are all made of small cobblestones, which are quite challenging for suitcase wheels. The hotel's environment and facilities are comfortable, living up to the Eurostars standard.

The environment is invincible. There is the beach downstairs. It is very comfortable to run. There is a gym upstairs with complete equipment. The swimming pool is heated and suitable for children to swim.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. This time I found that the bed was seriously collapsed. The single bed was against the wall on one side, and the bed surface was tilted, with the side against the wall higher and the outside lower. It was not easy to sleep. I think it was time to change the mattress.

The room facilities are average. The small refrigerator is empty, and 2 bottles of water are provided every day. The design of the bathroom faucet is a bit unexpected. If you open it a little wider, a lot of water will splash out.

Despite of the room darkness, air conditioning and the room conditionis good. I have a comfortable stay. Hotel restaurant and the nearby restaurants are convenient to tourist. Private parking with daily charges.

I stayed in an executive room for four days, then switched to this standard king room, which felt like a better fit. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the school and shopping street, and the surrounding amenities are also great.

Beautiful hotel with good size room for Europe. A bit far from the middle of everything (Avenida Liberdade and downtown area) but only a 7€ uber ride.  Hotel itself is nice but the hallways are so dark-for the ambiance I guess. Room is small and needs a renovation. Wash basin protrudes out, and gets in the way. Housekeeping can improve. I found the hot water flask still half-filled with water when I wanted to boil water.

The hotel is conveniently located, but the hotel itself is a bit tired. The room with a double bed has two separate mattresses, which makes the stay for a couple uncomfortable. We also found the restaurant in the hotel to be uninviting, but we have no complaints about the staff.

I would definitely recommend you to choose this place as your stay in Portugal. Located within city centre, the appearance outside of this hotel may be not that ‘glamorous’ as it seems, but trust me the interior and service are worth the price.
