Amazing stay at Hotel Cristo Rei! The location is perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—definitely a 5-star experience!

Room 306 terrible conditions !!!!!!!! bed excessively large for the dimensions of the room is only for Single !!! no access to the balcony due to obstruction # the blind is broken sockets disconnected # terrible WC !!! # "shower tub shower sleeve throwing water out # drain half clogged " sink looked more like a bowl # the mirror only on tiptoes !!!＜ ... ＜＜＜＜＜＜＜＜＜＜＜＜＜＜＜＜＜＜＜＜＜

We were about to leave after our stay in Portugal ... our return flight was canceled and postponed 2 days later. The Hotel Cristo Rei suited our needs well: close to the center of Porto, a charming French-speaking lady welcomed us well. The comfort is sufficient, the service is minimal. In terms of cleanliness, an improvement can be made.

Great location and room just in the city center. I will come back as soon as possible to have another wonderful and unique experience! Thanks to the staff they speak also basic Polish language, what makes your stay very special and will stay for ever in your memory.

Thank you to all the staff at the Hotel for the hospitality and service. The room was wonderfully decorated, it´s right in the centre on Porto, walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit, so considering the budget and location, it was far more than I was expecting. They dont serve breakfast, but for the price, they dont have to, because its just 5 minutes walk from all the nice coffee shops and food markets in Porto...so, honestly, if you planning on travelling to Porto, which is a beautifull destination in itself, being so central to everything was really ideal. I recomend it, and I dont often post reviews on Hotels, unless they are really bad, that I want to complain. No complaints here, its not the Ritz, but for the price, I dont couldnt expect much better!

My stay was pleasant here at hotel Cristo rei with my wife and my child it was easy to commute around the city. Room service was excellent all I had to dial 100 someone from reception would straight take our requests and kind enough to give us answers to our questions. For me all mattered was peace of mind and yes I had it.

Old rooms, old equipment, smell of somebody who smoke inside. Bed cover dirty and old. Floor not clean.
Cold at night despite provided heater.
Water Pipes are in rooms not covered with walls, and noise of water when other guests take shower is significant.
Receptionist was during a day, and do not speak English.
Do not worth the price, better to stay in hostel or other locations.

Excelent atmosphere, beautiful restaurant. Very traditional and historically relevant to the city. Good food, reasonably priced. Definitely worth visiting!!!!
