Hotel Cristal Porto in Porto

Lovely hotel and staff. Fantastic breakfast. Wide variety. Really clean rooms

This hotel has clean rooms with the basics that you need, beds are slightly small ( maybe a small double size). The bathroom came provided with shower caps and soaps and a hairdryer, if you need any extras you can request them, shower pressure was great too! The TV in the room only shows local tv shows you can cast netflix, prime etc to it.

The reception area is slightly dated and worn and could use some renovations to make it look better!

The food at breakfast is very fresh, they are constantly refreshing to make sure it is not left too long. Breakfast foods consist of - fruits, yogurts, deli meats and cheese, eggs, bacon, beans, bread, pastry’s, cereals. I do think they could do with a few extra staff at certain times it does get busy.

We stayed in a room on the street side, it does get very noisy from traffic on the roads, cars and bikes etc, the rooms also do get warm and the AC is hard to use and doesn’t always stay on.

The location of the hotel isn’t in the best area for tourist spots, metro stations are a bit of a walk away so ubers and bolts are best to use, luckily they aren’t too expensive a trip to the main town is around €4, there is plenty of restaurants and shops near by all within a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Cristal. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay with a 2 year old was perfect and they were so friendly with him, Angela especially. Breakfast and food was tasty and the room was modern and spacious.
Little further away from the hustle of Porto than we thought but so easy to get about in an Uber which are very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Attentive staff, comfortable room, delicious and varied breakfast😌 I was impressed by the mineral water in the room as a compliment - the first time I see such a package. Nice lounge area and spacious garden to sit in the air or have a delicious cocktail. Thank you for the hospitality🤝

Did’t t like the coffee. No bathrobes and slippers in the room.

The location is very good, not far from attractions and stations, but the room is relatively small.

Excellent hotel great breakfast and amazing service and staff

For a hotel located in the center of the city, it is very difficult to find an underground parking space. Hotel lobby mirror decoration.

This is a lovely hotel, all the staff here are friendly and kind. Everything in this hotel is blue haha, interesting to show the color of Porto I think. And there is something wrong with my bathroom door on the first night, I called the reception And they came to me very quickly and solved the problem. The next day even changed the room for me. By the way, there are a lot of choices during the breakfast buffet, I like it so much. Thanks for your warm services again :)
