Very friendly check in. Room had a terrible layout. Sofa in front of wardrobe. Poor lighting. Fridge almost blocked walking space to bathroom. Not great! Average at best for the price. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special, apart from the lovely omelette!

An excellent quality hotel perfectly appointed near Trindade Metro station and a short walk downtown. Very comfortable, spacious, clean rooms with modern bathroom. The room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Helpful, 24 hour front desk. The buffet breakfast was absolutely yummy with local specialties including orange cake and Portuguese tarts ‘pastel de nada’. Chef cooked us a tasty omelet and the coffee was excellent. Very happy with this hotel and highly recommend Hotel Porto Trindade.

Fantastic hotel, within an amazing and privileged location in the heart of Porto. Hotel is extremely clean, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast to start your day. Upon arrival, you are treated with a welcome drink card to use during your stay, therefore, you can enjoy a nice Porto Wine. The staff is attentive and very helpful at all times. The location of the hotel is everything, close to Trindade metro station and a few steps from Aliados Avenue, Sao Bento station, Rua Santa Catarina, and many more. Do not hesitate do stay at this hotel and enjoy Porto.

Rooms were a good size and bathroom good. Noise from the road was loud and I had to check whether balcony doors were closed because it sounded so noisy. Reception staff were not very friendly nor helpful however bar staff were lovely and had good service. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is antique, distinctive and has large rooms. There are no tables or sofas. The hotel is far from the bus station, about 20 minutes' walk away, and the waiting time for public transportation is relatively long.

Our hotel room had glass shards all over the floor when we entered, and my feet were cut open by the glass. This was reported to the night manager, and yet when we returned from visiting the city that night it had still not been properly cleaned and glass shards remained. Attached is a picture of the remaining shards. We were afraid walking around the room even with shoes, because we weren't sure if there were larger shards hidden that may cut through our shoes. This was far below our expectations for the hotel, and the management's sole apology for my injury and unsafe conditions was providing a little food for my friend since I checked out a day later than her. Completely unacceptable and very disappointed considering the price we paid we had baseline expectations for safety in the room. Would not recommend to anyone, they obviously do not value their customers' safety and wellbeing.

Very well located hotel, with good attention from the staff and very close to everything. It is very clean and comfortable. With its own safety and hygiene measures to control the Covid issue. I felt very comfortable there and if I return to the city in the future I will return to this hotel. Very varied breakfast and very friendly staff. Recommend 💯%
