Very friendly staff, excellent service from all employees, everything was very clean, I recommend it 100%.

All staff on site were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The room could have been larger to accommodate 3 adults but otherwise everything was very good.

Lovely family get together
Hotel was great, not as good as its sister but was still great. Room was a nice size and cleaned really well daily.
Staff were very friendly and always happy to help.

Room's condition in terms of comfort was good but there was dust around and under the bed. We realised when we dropped our daughter's toys under the bed. Also shampoo was not refilled when we entered the room. Also water bottle wasn't refilled after day 1. Service ok but location is good.

The hotel rooms were good. Clean, staff is very friendly. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to mayor attractions but close to restaurants, etc.
This is a quiet area of the city. If you enjoy quiet, this is a good location. We stayed in other central areas, and they were, to our preference, better. Although they were busier in nature. Overall pleasant stay, rooms are good. The lobby of this 4 star hotel may need a few repairs, but nothing that would detract from a good experience. I would stay again as we had an enjoyable experience. Staff are genuinely nice.

Very cozy, quiet, and pleasant, the breakfast is excellent with plenty of variety and is designed for those with dietary restrictions.
The extended breakfast hours are great, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
We really enjoyed it.

These people are not joking when it comes to considering food an art. If you are in Porto, you must try their burguers.
Besides, excellent service. And not expensive at all!

Our Porto Group trip truly enjoyed everything @ Art Burger, while we were touring Palacio de Cristal. Everything was seasoned to perfection, tender, juicy and plentiful we love the option of no bun, what a way to enjoy a burger. A perfect lunch for our occasion. Our Waiter was wonderful, helpful and service was perfect. We look forward to next year!
