I could also hear the neighbors what was terrible during night. For me should be 3 stars
Good spread of food for breakfast.
Reception staff are courteous.
Room is dated. Air-con cannot be adjusted to warm.
Bathroom exhaust not working resulting in the dampness through. Showering in bathtub resulted in water splashing on floor as the shower partition is not effective. The hairdryer needs to be replaced as the auto shutoff comes on too quickly. The inner bottom of bathroom door has rotted.
Time to renovate and refresh the room and bathroom if you wish to command a “Premium Hotel” status.
The beds are really really comfortable and the staff is kind and available.
