Horrible service!
Very arrogant staff, unmotivated, and low in empathy. I requested a room on a high floor because I'm claustrophobic, and they gave me the complete opposite: a cave that felt like a prison, absolutely terrible. I asked even to pay for a better room and always rude unfriendly with NO.
The wardrobe wasn't a wardrobe at all; you couldn't even hang a shirt on it. I complained, and all they said that the hotel was full, even though we arrived at 4 pm and there were still people arriving after us.
This arrogante rude two guys and one girl from reception promised to us to offer free breakfast the next day as an apology, but the breakfast staff rudely said they hadn't heard anything and that I still had to pay.
The ruines our first weekend in Porto. Better look for a another company and read reviews. Chaotic, rude staff and bad rooms

The location is super convenient, the room is spacious, and the service is very attentive. Highly recommended! It's perfectly situated for exploring the city, and there's a mini-shop nearby with delicious oranges.

It's a good hotel, clean.
A bit noisy if your window goes out to the main street and you also can hear other guests flushing their toilet. :)
Breakfast is ok, missing some vegetables for me.

Location is convenient in transferring to spots and anywhere else in Porto and there is plenty of food choices and supermarkets nearby.

The location is great, very close to the center. The room was nice and spacious. We had a nice view from the 7th floor.

It was a somewhat unsatisfactory stay. At night, a strong sewer smell came up from the bathroom, which was very uncomfortable. There were also several small maintenance issues throughout the room. For example, the wardrobe hinge was detached, the toilet paper holder wasn’t properly fixed and kept hanging down, the soap holder in the shower wasn’t secure so anything placed on it would fall, and the towel rack was loose, causing the towels to slip off constantly.
The hair dryer was broken, so I requested a repair in the morning, but it still wasn’t fixed by the evening. They said it would be repaired the next day, but I declined and asked for a replacement instead. However, the replacement hair dryer was the type that should be mounted on a wall bracket, and because the bracket wasn’t fixed in place, I had to lift the entire unit, including the mount, while drying my hair. This was very inconvenient.

The hotel location is very good, next to Trindade station and 7 minutes away from mercado do bolhão. The only issue is parking which is paid, either park in the silos auto (around 28 eur a day i think) or park on the street (free from 7pm to 9am).
The room is clean but I found the shower to be too dark and lacking lights, another problem was the lack of charging sockets near the bed.
The breakfast is good, there is good variety and fresh food.

Wouldn't recommend it for anything other than the good location. I requested a high-floor, quiet room in my booking, but was given a ground-floor room facing the main road. It was very noisy.
