The check in was fast. Rooms were nice and spacious. Bathrooms could be better (if it had a door)

Did not get to see the hotel due to the unfortunate war that happened in the Middle East. Requested the change of dates or refunds, yet rejected by the hotel.
I will not recommend this hotel based on my personal experience. Because I offered the hotel more money to modify the dates. However there was no agreement.
It is not the hotel’s fault because they have their own policy. However, losing $800 is a lot. Especially under current circumstances.
I will not see myself visiting Porto anytime in the future.

The location was great. It's easy to come back to after a day of sightseeing, and the main tourist attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and had a decent selection of options. The Wi-Fi in the room seemed a little slow, but other than that there were no issues. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Porto again.

The room is very spacious and the bathroom and toilet are clean and comfortable.
There is a subway station within walking distance, as well as tourist attractions and restaurants, so it's fun.

Friendly staff: The staff was very welcoming and professional, always willing to help and made me feel at home.
Fast check-in and check-out: The check-in and check-out process were very smooth, no need to wait, which saved me time. Although I didn't eat at the hotel, there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it easy for me to find a delicious meal.

The Terylene sandwich was excellent. While the roasted pork was juicy and succulent, the toasted bread was one of, if not the best I've ever had.

First rate for Portuguese food. Dealt fantastically well with my many food intolerances. Meat was succulent, having been cooked very slowly, and portions were sizable. Dessert was done to perfection: not too sweet, not too heavy, and wonderfully fruity.
