Facilities: Decent, they even have a bathtub, and provide toothbrushes, shower caps, hand soap, and shower gel, but no slippers.
Cleanliness: Alright.

A good 4* hotel in the middle of city on the main Santa Catarina road which is the main walking street of the city. Cafe Majestic is only a five minute walk from this hotel. Good start for families, couples and solo alike.

The hotel is basic but conveniently located. We opted to include breakfast for our last day, but the selection was limited and a bit disappointing. Overall is good. Porto is a nice place. love it!

Great location with everything nearby. Hotel staff were helpful and showed us alternative (cheaper at EUR12 vs 25 at the hotel) parking nearby besides at the hotel.
Room air conditioning was suspect and the room a bit stuffy. They changed my room but the other room was the same so guessing it’s a building wide thing.

Excellent location as it has easy access to eateries, metro stations and attractions. Room is spacious and well lit, with toiletries and coffee tea making facilities. Front desk are all helpful and friendly. We would come back and stay for our future trips and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the historic center. You step out and see the blue and white porcelain chapel, and almost all city attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast is also plentiful, with fruits, vegetables, various pastries, and meats. The room is comfortable and quite spacious. The lobby has an industrial design, which is very creative.

The room were a tad small and was unfortunate to had dirty bath towels (that was supposed to be new). Otherwise location was ideal and accessible.

Overall is good. Convenient. It’s good to have a big room with my kid and complimentary drinks.
