I do not understand how this is a two-star review here on Google as it should be a five star. Easily a five-star. The staff is extremely helpful, that goes for the front desk and also goes for the cleaning crew. They are incredibly helpful and accommodating. I cannot rave enough about my stays here as I have been here three times in the past. If I can give this hotel 10 stars I would. The location is prime and the cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. 10 stars or more all the way!!!

I’m not one to generally complain about a room. But this room was tiny and has a view of an alley, I could look right into peoples houses. Also, never got the tv to work. My legs touch the walls when I’m sitting on the toilet and there has been non stop construction on the floor above me. Any rest time I try to take in my room has not been rest. Banging and various construction sounds from 9am-6pm, it echos in my room. I know I’m traveling but I got a hotel to be able to rest after a long day of walking around the city. And you just can’t. I was also woken up this morning by the construction.

Probably the best European hotel my mom and I have stayed in. The reception was lovely, accommodating, and so friendly. Everything was great about the hotel; cleanliness, location & vibes were on point. And a discount on the taxi they call to take you to the airport! Definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Porto.

Lovely location and the staff were all really helpful and attentive. The breakfast was ok but not varied through the week.

Should be a 3/4* hotel. Staff were FANTASTIC and even put our backpacks in our room for us. Location great and room comfortable. Would highly recommend and a good price even compared to the hostels. Thank you for a great stay. Would also recommend the veggie restaurant 2 mins walk away (though there are lots of good restaurants etc. nearby).

I arrived at the hotel on 13th/ 08/25 for six nights. I was welcomed by Filipa with a wonderful smile in a professional way, got briefed well and felt at home. Alexandra who is mostly in the afternoon at reception is very professional and welcoming. My room was exactly what I expected, single room with a double bed and sport less clean. I never managed to see the room attendant but she was very good at her work. I will stay again when I visit Porto next time. Stephen Kizaro

Clearly tries to be an elitist restaurant, where the looks count more than the food. But for the price, serves acceptable menus. And this considering the average Porto prices.
The service was good, but openly not so friendly when you come with vouchers.
