Excellent hotel with spacious and clean rooms. It feels like a step back in time. Friendly staff (they even let us check in early). Strategic central location to reach everything on foot. Simple breakfast but with both sweet and savory options. Excellent value for money!!!

The hotel is very central, close to the metro, clean, and the courtesy and friendliness are top priority. The rooms, although a little dated, are spotless and spacious, and the breakfast is top-notch. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious, but the lighting in the rooms was poor, the bathroom was very old and outdated, and the breakfast was very basic and simple! It could be improved.

Good place for this money. Clean rooms. Great location, next to the metro station, close to the cathedral and many shops and cafes around. My friend and I booked room for 2 people but we got double room … with 1 big bed and 2 single beds, so both of us had more privacy, which was a nice surprise. Hotel is obviously old, but for this price we liked it.

The hotel was centrally located,3 min away from the Metro station BOLHAO,also 2 min away from Caterina shopping centre , Mercado do Bolhao and The church of Santa Caterina.You could walk to almost every tourist site.Room was clean,very basic and b'fast was also very basic,but it was ok Would gladly book again if in Porto.we got our money's worth for sure.Must not forget the staff,which were very helpful !!

keep away and attention to your things, da evitare se proprio non c'è di meglio, posizione comoda in centro ma vi sono altre scomodità, poi ogni tanto ci si perde qualcosa, la colazione è appena accettabile, la pulizia lasciamo stare, il bagno no comment.

Just 100m from Bolhao metro station and rua Santa Catarina (main pedestrian street of Porto). Check in was fast ,room was big with two single beds as we asked.Bathroom also big with bath tub. Big tv and good WiFi also. We didn’t have any noise problem as we read in other reviews. Because we had to go to the train station early in the morning,reception arranged a taxi. Overall it was a great bargain!!!

Hotel old and there’s unpleasant smell in the room. I’ve checked in and paid, after that come to the room and realized that can’t sleep in this place. Noisy road nearby. I’ve tried to refund my money from January, but still didn’t get it. Be careful with your money and time, that’s unpleasant and unfair place.

The hotel itself is nothing special. It is outdated and has nothing to do in the hotel. However the stuff is very helpfull and the breakfast is decent but the most important thing about the hotel it is the location it holds. It is literally located 5 minutes away from the city's old core with lots of things to see around the hotel and if you manage to see everything there you can always jump on the metro located 2 minutes on foot from the hotel and go wherever you wish. This hotel may get 3 stars overall but its location it is definitely a 5.
