I booked a room two or three months ago, only to be told upon arrival that it was sold out and I had to move to a five-star hotel in the same group. They said it was a five-minute drive, but it was actually a 15-minute drive and a half-hour walk. It wasn't close to the city center to begin with, and now it's even further away. Well, since I'd already paid online, I decided to stay for a quick visit. Upon arrival, the lobby was incredibly dark, with no lights, and the front desk was not very helpful. Going up to my room, the elevator had black glass, too, and was completely dark. There was no security system for swiping cards to access the floors. How could this be considered a five-star hotel? When I got to the room, wow! It was so old! They even said they'd upgraded me. It was a complete scam. Everything felt off. I found another hotel that night. This hotel isn't cheap, so don't waste your money like I did. There are many better options out there.

The location is average, a little far from the city center, and the hotel is a bit old. The room is big, but the equipment is old and the hygiene quality is average. I probably won't choose this hotel again next time.

The bathroom sink was leaking and covering with towels didn’t help at all. Spacious room at convenient location, shopping mall is just right next to the hotel.

The room is large, the air conditioning is adequate, the bed is of moderate firmness, and there are sufficient supporting facilities nearby (restaurants and shopping)

It's very good. HF puts several hotels under its umbrella together, so we went to the HF next door at first.

A very good hotel. The room is large and comfortable. A large bottle of distilled water is placed on the table every day. Slippers and laundry bags are provided (many hotels no longer have this). The bathroom is tidy and has shower caps, cotton swabs, and other items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. You can get a razor and sewing kit if you need it. Everything is very considerate, but the two rooms are on the first floor. Open the curtain and you will see the corner of the platform. You can't see the outside street at all. The breakfast food is average, but it does not mean it is bad. I like it. Aspects: There is a beautiful expresso coffee machine, white wine is also served for breakfast, mini Portuguese tarts, fresh fruits, etc. The restaurant staff are friendly and polite.
There is a large shopping mall and supermarket in the basement next to the hotel. A little further away there is a very large and new Foodcourt called Mercado Bom, which has all kinds of food. We also had seafood platter and paella there for dinner two nights, it was cheap and delicious!
There is also a live show on Tuesday night, and the atmosphere is very lively!

Great hotel! It was around 30 minutes walk out of town but Bolt taxis were very cheap (around €3.50 each way) into town. Also close (approx 10 mins walk) to metro station.
Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel after checkout.

Stayed at this hotel recently for work, and was highly disappointed by the design of the hotel. The toilet was so close to the bathroom wall that one could barely sit on it, and for sure not someone who is plus size. The beds faced the windows. The tv faced the empty opposite walls. Small things like this everywhere….
The hotel itself is not very soundproof. I heard every noise around me.
I was lucky enough to be able to switch rooms and get another more suitable bathroom, but apparently lots of the toilets are this way.
As for other aspects, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was ok. there were no vegetables at all and a lot of pastries and junk food. Vegans would be strapped.
Big plus, there is no gym but directly next door in the mall is a gym where you can workout for 10 euros a day.
