It's a lovely little hotel on a quiet street near a park, a short walk away from lots of great food and drink -- faves include the Copper Room, the Glen Tavern & Freddies, and in the other direction, Bobby Byrne's. Also, as this is No 1 Pery Square, do go see the museum at No 2 Pery Square, so you know some of the history of the area.

Pure Irish charm at No. 1 Pery Square
This extraordinary boutique hotel operates out of an extensive Georgian townhouse adjacent to a park. For 3 days we enjoyed a sumptuous room (the Park Room) and delicious breakfast choices. Charmingly decorated, the place is comforting and supported by a friendly helpful staff. Our fault, but we didn't try the spa. Highly recommended, we'd stay here again if we return to the area.

Super helpful front desk staff. A wonderful bed with nice linens. And the breakfast included was fresh, Cooked to order and so tasty. . Loved everything about No 1 Pery Square. Wish I had two nights in that lovely room.

We had the best stay! Excellent service, lovely rooms and breakfast was also very good. We look forward to staying again should we return to Limerick.

Fantastic hotel with so many amazing touches. I loved the staff, the location, and the decor. The breakfast was the best I have ever had with a hotel package. The service was second to none. When we arrived, they had a vintage radio playing in the room. What a cozy touch! The room was comfortable and fantastic. So happy with our stay.

The location is close to the train station and bus stop, about a five-minute walk. Julia at the front desk helpfully pointed me to Dolores's graffiti on the back wall of Katy's pub. Thank you! The breakfast is highly recommended!
The heating was adequate, but the toilet and faucets were old!
