Very relaxing night spent here. The spa was great and the rooms were very spacious. Loved the bathtub and the bed was very cosy. The Amber Lounge was delicious too!

Dinner service was a bit slow in regards yo ordering a drink and the delay in ordering food.

The food quality at dinner was average at best. A strange menu with steaks and some fish offered for 2 people instead of individual portions

I ordered room service and got a lovely dinner and dessert. It arrived quickly and was very tasty

Our stay was overall a pleasant stay.
The ladies at reception very polite and helpful.
The television in our room was broken and within 10 minutes of alerting staff we were moved to another room where the television was working.
The concierge went out in awful weather conditions and collected a Chinese takeaway for us. Nothing was too much effort.

We had such a lovely stay. The staff there were so friendly and made a real effort to make it special for my mother's birthday especially the receptonist and June who served us our breakfast..
