Village Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality in Singapore

The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a short walk from the Sentosa Express station. The pool is really big and not too deep, which is perfect for kids. There are also lots of activities available, and it's easy to get to the beach.

The hotel is lovely and family friendly in general.
Th location is within walking distance to universal studios and aquarium.
The pool is nice and my kids love it. There might not be sufficient chairs during busy hours, and there are pool parties on Fri and Sat afternoon, the atmosphere is great.
Breakfast options are ok but very western style, e.g. there are no green tea options.
Regarding the drawbacks, perhaps the hotel floor plan is confusing, it's hard for us to navigate to the main lobby at the beginning because there are three buildings towers but only one tower has lift going to the lobby and the room size is small and some services are not quite efficient in check in and query (I tried to make changes before the check in date, but Never anyone picked up the customer service phone call), when I was in gym, I saw a service crew was sitting on the gym bench browsing YouTube.

Lastly, the titles on the pool are sharp, my son got his foot hurt by stepping on one sharp title at the bottom the pool.

The hotel has a great location and is relatively new. The in-room direct drinking water system is a highlight. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

This hotel is located on Sentosa Island, making it the absolute top choice for families with kids. It's super close to Universal Studios, S.E.A. Aquarium, the Luge, Palawan Beach, and more. The hotel environment is top-notch, and the room we stayed in had a fantastic sea view! The service and cleanliness are absolutely first-rate, and they have a pool and shuttle service too.

This is my 3rd time staying in the hotel. The service is good at last time. Keep it up😊

The ambiance of the hotel was superb. The pools and facilities are clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They even give a surprise when they found out it was my birthday. The house keeping always make our room clean and suggesting places nice to visit.
I would recommend and definitely will come back to the village hotel!

Very clean, and I was so lucky to get a sea-view room. When I opened the curtains, I could see the ocean. The most stunning part was definitely the pool – absolutely beautiful!

The hotel has a tall front desk staff member who was smiling the whole time and patiently explained everything to me (in English). I also noticed other front desk staff who spoke Chinese and were very friendly! The hotel breakfast was also very generous and excellent!

The hotel's location is truly excellent. It's just a ten-minute walk to the Skyline Luge, Palawan Beach, and the MRT station, making it super convenient to stroll along the beach in the evening before heading back to the hotel. When arriving by taxi, the staff helps with luggage, and luggage storage after check-out is also handled in Chinese. The room offers great views outside, with sights of the beach and cargo ships on the sea. At night, you can even see fireworks and movies being shown by the pool from your room. The room itself is compact but very clean. We stayed for two nights, and the hot water for showers was very comfortable. The room was also very quiet. Breakfast starts to get a bit busy around 8:30 AM, and communication in Chinese is seamless. Upon check-in, the hotel provides an island map and a schedule of hotel activities. Perhaps because it was Chinese New Year, they also gave us fruit and red envelopes. Next to the breakfast restaurant, there's a 7-Eleven for buying water and snacks. The hotel also has vending machines that accept WeChat Pay and Alipay for drinks. There's even a cold water dispenser near the elevators; while rooms don't provide bottled water, there's direct drinking water available. Most shops on the island accept WeChat Pay, Alipay, Visa, and some even UnionPay. Peacocks, parrots, and toucans are commonly seen around the hotel. All in all, I would definitely come back again.
