Thanks to Amos, Sufian and Aladdin for their hospitality. They presented my wife with a birthday cake and complimentary drink.Their team made m our stay in the hotel pleasant and comfortable. Amos and his team was swift with our feedback. Nini the cleaning staff was polite and cheerful in doing our room house keeping. Greatly appreciated. Would book this place for another celebration or staystation.

Greeted by counter staff Seri when doing check in, and very grateful for her warm and helpful service! She ensured that the check in process is done smoothly for our families! A big thank you! The hotel is clean and well-equipped. Very near to Changi Hawker Centre and eateries. Room is too cold, and had to get electrician to come and do some adjustments, as the hotel don't provide extra blankets/quilts.

The hotel is cosy and its roof top pool has a magnificent view. It’s really worth the stay. There are many shops nearby to.

Hotel located Kinda outskirts, though it is inconvenient but its location is ideal for staycation that intended to stay away from city and crowds

Room is value for money given its size. The first room I was assigned is not thoroughly cleaned but the staff is quick to transfer me to another room which is so much cleaner.

Recommended for transit more than 24 hours as free shutter can to all the terminals of the airport

Got a free upgrade. Thankful for great service too. This is purpose to be a planning trip. Not bad after all.

The hotel is over ten kilometers from the airport, and shuttle services have fixed times. There's no pick-up service after 10:45 PM. Taking a Grab from the airport costs around 200 units of local currency. Drop-off services are also only available at fixed times, so you should consider this if your flight schedule doesn't align.

The hotel and its surroundings are quite nice. The rooms have a retro feel, and there's a lot of greenery outside; opening the window to lush foliage is very pleasant. Nearby are the famous Changi Village, a museum, and a hawker center, making it convenient for dining, learning about Singaporean history, and going to the beach. The beach is very close to Changi Airport, so you can constantly see planes flying in.

Overall, the hotel's surroundings are great, but the service is much worse. First, regarding the shuttle service, you absolutely need to check if your timing falls within their service hours. If not, and you have to take a taxi, adding the taxi fare makes it almost as expensive as staying at an airport hotel, effectively negating any savings. Plus, the hotel bookings are non-cancellable, so once you book, you're committed.

Secondly, the service itself. The hotel's description page mentioned 'Chinese guests preferred,' but during check-in and check-out, neither the staff who looked Chinese nor the Indian staff were friendly. Their attitudes were very cold and impatient, giving off a condescending vibe. I had originally wanted to ask about nearby attractions, but seeing their expressions, I just gave up.
