The place was clean and guests adhered to the rules within the vicinity. The bed was comfortable and safe. There were a lot of food choices when you come out of the hotel.

The location is great, and it's definitely good value for money. Three stars is only because I didn't like the "mixed dorms" policy, which is actually only guys - I've heard the receptionist change a female's selection from mixed dorm to female only. If you want to do that, then name everything accordingly and price it accordingly.

Im shocked this place has good reviews given the fact that that their rooms are terrible. We had a mixed double bed space booked. Nowhere in the booking was it mentioned that there are two flights of steep steps before reaching the room making it extremely inconvenient for international passengers with some luggage. Next the rooms/beds. The room's locking system was disabled using some jammers which made it impossible to lock the door. It made HS feel very unsure about leaving our luggage inside. Further more, the bed was SO steep with hand bars only on right side and none on left. Imagine climbing up the steps to ur upper level bed with no way to pull yourself up. Indeed a strenuous core exercise :') ultimately the worst part was- THE TOILETS. One flimsy doored bath area with a cloth hanging rack SO up high. Maybe 7 feet off ground!! The other shower areas were combined with extremely Tiny yoilets. The entire experience was terrible. Also no towels given, no one to even show around. Only plus point was the water provided, and the kind hosts who let us store our luggage. I'll totally give this space a miss next time.

Not recommended for those who are sensitive to noise; guest preferences vary and some may not follow the rules.

Literally the single most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Please please don’t stay here. The place is filthy.as I speak I am literally in a bathroom with snot on the walls. Nothing works everything is either broken and chosen not to be fixed. Gross is an understatement. When you use the facet the water leaks below. The kitchen smells weird. I could go on and on

Highly recommended for solo travellers. Capsules are very neat and clean. Room was soo clam and quiet. The view from common room was excellent.

located very near clarke quay and in the center of tourist area of boat quay. good for backpackers and people with main purpose of enjoying singapore without too much sleeping. pods are clean and tidy. staff are very nice. toilet is so so but spacious, more than the pods.:)). cheap and easy to book. a little far from the mrt station, hence, consider not bringing too heavy luggage. the have a storage without lock but with cctv so you could store your oversize luggage, otherwise, they have lockers where you could unlock with your pods key. even a charging station and safe locker inside the pods.

This place is good when you are on a tight budget, as SG is very expensive place. it's good for few days stay. If you are claustrophobic I dont recommend this place.

Not great. Use to come here often, but it has gone down hill here are the reasons:

1) they had outdoor, and space but they won't let us sit there. Because there was light cloud they use the excuse possible rain. (No rain at all, and it didn't look like it would rain)
2) they had a promo where you download the app and get 5$ off not much, but worth to try. 4 of us tried, the app did not work
3) when it was kinda working, they required alot of unnecessary info
4) beer starts at $17 for one
5) no Wi-Fi
6) when told about the app issue, manager blamed all of our phones for the issue ( android and Apple) and that the issue is not them

Although "Hate" is a strong word, I was particularly not happy about the arguement from the manager.

In the end they did give us 5$ off (though if all of us got the app working, we could have gotten $20 off).

Please fix your UX/UI of your app

Already spending $80++ on food for 2 pax and still need a minimum spending for one cup of drink? Seriously? The drink is meh, food quality is getting a little bad especially the crispy pork. Please do not order that, the taste really not up to standard and the smell of the pork is too much for me( used to be good and not stingy ). The only thing makes me coming back to here is just the duck pizza but for now, my craving for timbre food is over.

Our group of 18 was assisted by Brenda (Hope I get the name spelled correctly) on Sunday 13 August 2017. It was to celebrate my son's 15th birthday. In fact, Brenda was there on Friday evening as I have to make a personal trip down to seek confirmation on our reservation as we did not receive any confirmation from the restaurant for our Sunday event as nobody pick up our call. She was quick in getting that resolved and reassured that our reservation is confirmed.

Throughout the event, her attentiveness and the big smile on her face really make our day. I must say that we were more than a handful but she is there to get the cakes, song dedication, additional orders, extra cutlery. Thanks to her, we had a very enjoyable evening and needless to say the party went well.

The food were great as well, except for the buffalo wings that is too spicy for us. Band is great and so are the crowds. We are thankful for the confirmation glitch which is a blessing in disguise for us to get Brenda as our server throughout the night!

Hope to see her soon when the Armenian branch reopen!

Great band but shocking service and poor quality drinks. You have to order etc via the app, which would be fine if it sped things up, but it takes easily 20 minutes for your drinks to arrive, which were then rubbish. We didn't try the beer, but the g&t must have been half a shot with flat tonic, and the cocktails we so sweet I couldn't finish it. Be prepared for it to take another 20-30 minutes to pay as well. Even by Singapore standards their treatment of bank cards was atrocious: I have an app on my phone telling me when the transaction is put through, and it took the staff FIFTEEN MINUTES after swiping my card and charging me to actually bother returning the card to me. Staff walking around with stacks of cards and receipts trying to work out which table each belongs to. No regard for financial security. Will be watching account closely for any sign of card cloning that could have happened in this ridiculous amount of time.

This place has a great view to singapore river. It offers great ambience with live music. There are both finger food, mains, and a variety of beers/cocktails/wines. Definitely recommended for a night out.

Riverwalk Tandoor is one of my highly recommended restaurants for both locals as well as tourists because : It serves authentic indian cuisine with great service, it is conveniently located just a stone's throw away from clark quay mrt, It is situated in one of singapore's most iconic locations along the singapore river, & is affordably priced even though its situated right in the heart of the city. The restaurant has been at this location for 19 long years and in Sept 2017, it went through a major revamp in design, space layout, furniture, buffet presentation style and of course a new menu too. . The revamped restaurant is now better positioned to cater to both singaporeans and tourists alike, with a well stocked bar facing the river, an al fresco area which is great for block booking or corporate events, and of course the air conditioned interior with its island shaped buffet . Kudos to the management team for breathing new life into the restaurant ….this will be my go to place to chill

Aunty tried to sell us dishes(the obviously most expensive dish on the menu) that we already said we didn't want to have, she kept insisting even though we had in mind what we wanted to order. Food was crappy, not worth paying for. The 1 star was more towards the service, if I could, i would have given an even lower.
16.07.2017 Christy
Dishes actually tastes ok, similar quality as JUMBO. Both very expensive. Not good value considering the portions and price, but okay for tourists to satisfy their crave for pepper crabs once in a while.
10.02.2017 Egbert
It's just Ok, had both pepper and chili crabs. Using dungeness crabs?! Food lacks wow factor.
