Never Book this place, Ac is not good enough to cool your rooms, shower handles target somewhere else while bathing, we booked 2rooms including family room for 4nights, only towels gets changed everday but forget about to make beds and bedsheets etc.
We booked through Bookings app, the price we have been told $995 something but
they charged about $1150 😣.
Good thing is handy to get around plus lots of Indian food choices.
But guaranteed in similar price I could live somewhere better.

This is an older hotel, but its location is definitely a huge plus. It's super convenient for getting around by bus, and the subway is also very close by. Even catching a taxi from the hotel is a breeze. I found the room to be extremely clean, and housekeeping came to tidy up and refresh everything on the second day. I'm really happy with my stay. The only minor quibble, and this is for very picky guests, might be that the bathtub drains a bit slowly – your feet can get quite submerged if you're not careful!

Hygiene: The toilet and shower both had hair from the previous guest. I had to wipe everything down myself with alcohol swabs.

Service: The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese and they were very enthusiastic.

Environment: There's a bus stop right outside, which makes getting around very convenient. You can catch a bus to Universal Studios, Merlion Park, and Orchard Road.

Food: There's a shopping mall and a food court within walking distance, so dining options are very convenient.

Room was big, no bidet in bathroom, the bed was firm.

It's a 10-minute walk from the hotel entrance to the subway station and a shopping mall, and there's a bus stop right outside. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking service. It seems many tour groups stay here, and the breakfast restaurant can get a bit crowded.

Hotel was really nice stay and affordable too for the price we paid! Staff was very nice and accommodating even brought our luggage upstairs from the taxi all the way up to the room! Great location to famous tourist spots nearby we were here for 3 days 2 nights and we were able to do everything we wanted in the time we had! Bus stop just outside hotel entrance and took us straight to chinatown too very affordable! Just a shame the shower head didn’t work :( other than that would recommend friends travelling on budget in singapore the room had so much space too which is a plus with lots of luggage! Also cold and hot drinking water in the lobby too which was nice since the weather is really hot and humid.

Excellent value! I've been to Singapore countless times, and I regret not discovering this place sooner. It's a 5-minute walk to Novena MRT station, and there's a bus stop right at the doorstep. Though it's rated 3-star, the facilities and service are definitely 5-star quality, from the bellhops to the restaurant staff. Ctrip's 3-star rating is absolutely an understatement.

The room is very spacious, easily double the size of what I'm used to at Ibis hotels, and it even has a bathtub.

I wanted to extend my stay, but unfortunately, it was fully booked.

Good location with a bus stop in front of the hotel. Near Newton subway and Orchard area within a few bus stops. Hotel is a quite old but still clean. During my stay, I couldn’t use free WiFi in my room at 7th floor but I could use at lobby area normally. I informed the staff but they were unable to fix, the problem was the portal didn’t load. I ordered room service and the price is reasonable at ~s$10. The staffs are nice and friendly.

Very cramped eating space and food is only average. The refill for food is very slow and the food you order using the clips also takes forever to be given to you. The service is also very bad, when waiter wants to clear used plates they just take it without asking you or whatsoever. Never coming here ever again.

The food variety was so-so only and the taste was not too bad. But the refilling of the spread was disappointing slow.

Great for beer lovers as there's free flow of Sapporo beer but note only for an hour only. Dinner: 6.30pm-7.30pm.

Amount paid was about $50 after all the taxes. Would I recommend? Only if you like beer and can stomach lots of food. Else, I believe there are more cuisines to try for $50/pax.

Expected more variety at $53/person. We came at about 7pm, and a lot of the food were already running out and not refilled. Food tag says "Cereal Prawn" but the dish was soy sauce prawns instead. The raw crabs were fresh but the raw prawns were not. I think the high price is due to free flow Saporro beer and they have hagendaaz ice cream for desserts.

Very disappointed. Table not clean and there is a smell from cloth used to wipe table. Little variety in ala carte food and picture in menu does not reflect how the food actually looks. Bento sets, especially the Katsus are not hot. Waitress is rude and they served the wrong drinks.

Food was bad and cost came to about $53 per person. Salmon wasn't fresh and even though there was shabu the wagyu wasn't all that good. Actually tasted more like pork.
