But alas, either the management has changed, or the pandemic is interfering, but the management of the hotel is just awful. On holidays, June 11-14, after 6 pm, only the guard remained in the hotel. Young, untrained girls from the porter service came in the morning and at the same time performed the functions of waiters, and did not even know how to turn on the coffee machine. Reservations by phone were not recorded, no one expected our arrival in the evening, the rooms were not ready. The restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner. And the cherry on the cake is the evening of the last weekend after the Day of Russia, nightlife that had to be stopped with a security guard, and a nice statement at breakfast: "And the waiters took time off." To maintain the service at the proper level, you need to save less on staff. Too bad a good hotel.

You should give up the cage rooms on the 4th floor. They are so small and dark. Overlooking the collapsed barn. The room also requires cosmetic repairs. And the space between the windows is dirty, no one ever cleans up there. Televisions, although not tube, are terribly ancient, they even have a scart connector. But all the other modern connectors are missing. In the shower stall, the water leaves too slowly, as a result, while you wash, you stand "knee-deep" in water. The space in the shower room does not allow for towels for two.
