The hotel is located in the city center, connected to a shopping mall, with a great location and convenient transportation. Restaurants are within walking distance

The rooms are tired, there are no robes, water is only available upon request, the carpet smells old, and there's no information in the room about extra services, including meals

This isn't our first time staying at this hotel. It's comfortable and clean. Breakfasts are excellent, including complimentary takeaway coffee. Underground parking is accessible without going outside.

The room has everything: toiletries, robes, slippers, etc. There's also a tea area with different types of tea and hot chocolate. There's a kettle and a coffee machine on duty. Our stay at this hotel was perfect!

I was on a business trip to Kaliningrad, Russia. The hotel wasn't too remote, and it was generally clean, but there was no elevator. Breakfast was provided, but I couldn't sleep the first night because of mosquito bites.
