- the elevatir quite small so it takes 2 times to bring luggage and baby stroller.
- Nothing as such, the entrance to elevator had a musty smell..but thats just a few steps of walk. once you are on the floor of the hotel everything is neat and clean.
- Book one month in advance but obviously we get a overpriced offer. Paid for a decent 4-star hotel but this one surely doesn’t match the price in terms of the atmosphere and services. 1. No lobby whatsoever, only a shabby door towards the street and the stair corridors are old and kinda smelly. 2. Doesn’t allow early check in and doesn’t even willing to check, no refill of water, front desk is not very familiar with the business, first forget to return the passport then the room cards. 3. Find a bug on the bed. Maybe on the normal day or at a normal price it could be a good choice given the room hardware and location, but not for our trip. Tip for travelers is maybe you don’t need to book too early, there are tons of hotels within the area.
- Air conditioning wasnt working properly. Always giving this E7 error. Entry to the hotel was not good. Like entering an apartment. Hard to find. The securities at the entry were like guard dogs. No speaking no smiling. Especially the one with big head and fat body. Staring to you like he wants to fight and not happy because you are there. First day they gave 2 free waters and thats all. Other days no water.
- The entrance is being rebuilt and gave a poor first impression. This is temporary. There is faded charm in the corridors but they are a little tired. No tea or coffee making in the room
- Uneven water in the bathroom of the room will accumulate water，I stayed for three days, and there is no daily mineral water, only the first day. There is also a fee of 300 rubles for the registration， but the other hotels I stayed didn't charge that 。

- The hotel is a labyrinth. Go to the 4th floor to the reception then 2nd by stairs to the room with luggage. No facilities. Iron is shared between rooms in the corridor. No bottled water provided for a 100$/night hotel.
