+ Clean and proximity to the airport
- Very tiny room and bathroom. Smallest Ibis standard room I ever stayed in. No water except a water dispenser in the corridor. No kettle or tea bags. No toothbrush nor lotion. Standard room fits a solo traveler or hardly a couple. Airport shuttle bus is available but completely undependable. At airport it parked at parking B6 which I couldn’t locate even after asking to security guards. From the hotel the bus arrived late, give me a hard look and left immediately without taking us. It seems that he really hate his job. I ended up spending 2000 rubles for taxi both ways

+ Hotel is very close to the airport. There is free shuttle service from airport to hotel. Unfortunately the bus does not have any marking and the bus stops at Parking B. If you see a Mercedes Benz long bus carrier ask the driver if he goes to Ibis hotel, then simply hop on its free. The rooms are clean I have no complaints.
- The hotel does not respond to messages you send them. The staff at the reception of the hotel has no idea and neither do their computer works.

Rooms are ok, some have views but otherwise a lot of things to improve. Super slow check in, inconsistent airport pickup schedule and unclear instructions on the website for airport pickup location, very very basic breakfast. Unfortunately this hotel is only one of two available options near the airport so had to stay here.

The hotel shuttle runs every half an hour (15 and 45 min past the hour as of 08/19/21) 24/7 from the DME parking lot right in front of Exit 3. The ride takes just a few minutes, in the busy times probably longer, but it is close anyway. The room is quite decent, liked that they offered family rooms with a sleeping couch for kids (unlike other Ibis hotels in town). The choice of food and drinks in the bar was very limited - don’t count on that.
