From the moment I arrived, I was charmed by the atmosphere of this place. This place is simply incredible! Every morning, I enjoyed breakfast, which offered a wide selection of dishes—from fresh fruits to delicious hot options. But what made it truly memorable was the live music. Jazz musicians created a stunning ambiance, allowing me to savor not only delicious food but also the enchanting melodies that filled the space.
I will definitely return here again!

- The cleaning service was disappointing – even in the luxury room, it wasn’t properly cleaned. On the first night after our arrival, there was no water. The spa was out of service. While the entrance to the building looks nice, the hallways leading to the rooms are very poor, old, and in need of renovation. The only real advantage of this hotel is its location.

- Our check-in was delayed over an hour due to a technical issue as the receptionist stated (out of their hands wouldn’t rup it too much) however what bothered me is how ill the contained the situation especially when all the residents were grouped in the dining area in which they offered no compensation (not monetary) nor complimentary. We sat in the dining area for roughly an hour but not one waitress attended to our table although guests who came before and after us were being served.
