+ The hotel is located in a beautiful area with interesting buildings such as university, museums and not far from nice parks, the Kremlim and Red Square I can only rate the breakfast that was ver good composed of certas, yougurt, Juice, eggs, saudade, cheese, bread, frutas and coffee Confortável, clean, warm when needed. Excelent in all meanings Yes!! Very clean The staff was very helpfull for a non russian speaker person who arrived during a situation when Credit card from foreigners were not accepted. Thanks a lot for their help

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights. The service was rude. When we came back to the hotel one night the door to our room was open. Luckily nothing was missing. When we complained about this their response was that " well you know the doors in our hotel sometimes open up by themselves, but if nothing is missing why are you complaining?" Avoid this rude and insecure hotel.

The staff are lovely, always tries to help. Not a claim, but for information: for children there is no discount, this should be considered. If the child is not the place to take Breakfast still have to pay. Near all center, metro, Gorky Park.
