- Only one Lift is out of order and seem not to be fixed forever. My room was on the 4th floor, My family and I had to fight the stairs.

Everyone is always ready to help! I'm solo here so the standard double bed room was very good.
I'll surely visit Russia again in the future since I love it, and will book again here! 😊
Some of the disappointments were that the building seemed a bit dated and could do with some refurbishment. Also the shower didn't drain properly and the bathroom smelt of damp. Finally, there was no telephone in the room so you'd have to go into the corridor or to the reception to order room service.
None of this is a big deal, but when you pay that much you tend to expect better.
