- Shower was broken, AC didn’t work well. Cannot open the window. Was very hot in the room. The hotel is getting old and needs maintenance. Lounge area had a strange server on January 10th in the evening. He was a young man swearing and very unhappy to be there.
- The location is good but area is too crowded to have taxis coming to the gate; you need to walk a bit to reach taxi even if you have luggage to carry which is dangerous in crowded places. Receptionists was too rigid to smile. Value for money is too much.
- I had four problems with Four Seasons as follow: 1- They made the payment hard to me. The link they send to me to make the payment for the first night , it charges me too extra than what is written in the booking rate. 2- When I want to pay the rest of nights in the hotel, they did not accept the payment through union pay as St.Regis hotel did to me. 3-The bidet in the toilet that spray water only spray cold water which made it hard to clean your ass in the winter time because it is too cold not like St. Regis hotel they have great bidet that you can easily control the water temperature. 4-The hony cake in the coffee in the lobby is not like the one in Room dining. The one in room dining is so delicious, but the one in coffee in the lobby is too bad and diffrent in taste
