Horror! I stayed from 8.10 to 12.10.. no hot water at all! The 21st century is in Moscow! Everything in the room dates back to the times of the USSR - Everything is broken, shabby, the palace is stained. The receptionist on duty is on edge. The window frames are wooden and the audibility from the avenue is terrible. The cracks in the frame are plugged with cotton wool... in short, I haven’t seen that miracle for a long time. The coffee machine in the lobby only dispenses one type of coffee, no matter what button you press.

The hotel is normal, but the Khachik service cafe is simply terrible, cockroaches crawl right on the food, arrogant workers, and their sluggishness significantly spoils the picture.
