- The bed kept separating as it was basically two twin beds kept as one (Apt 3098). The washing machine was vibrating and was extremely loud during cycles. The technician came and did nothing and said it was a balancing problem. The sink did not drain properly and was a complete mess while shaving. This property is usually very reliable, but the “corporate with kitchen” was not up to standard. The “business with kitchen” are much better and bigger. The Wi-Fi they have is with an internet company called Beeline, it’s almost impossible to use unless you have a local number. It’s a hassle to go to the lobby and get assistance with this. The lobby restaurant is nice and the prices are very reasonable.

This hotel was fairly modern, though felt most modern down in the lobby vs the rooms. But served its simple purpose as we traveled Russia. Breakfast was usually pretty crowded and was fair at best. Maybe 20 minutes walk from the nearest Metro stop which isn't terrible but the road pretty busy. The hotel is off that busy road which doesn't make it a noise issue but safety if walking at night.

There is something called SERVICES does not exist. This is specific to the restaurant they have for Breakfast and lunch time. The people in the restaurant are too rude and does not care whether a customer has come or not. It was appalling to see them sitting in a corner when buffet laid items are over and need replenishment.
I hope some management guy will read this and take action quickly before the customers move away from this property!!!!!

Convenient location to red square to walk for about an hour. For those who don't like long walks there is a subway within a 15-minute walk away. Breakfast is quite tasty, the rooms are clean

This is home away from home for me. The people are warm and friendly, my housekeeper takes good care of my apartment, and whenever I need a repair or a light bulb, I get it with an hour.

Bedroom and bathroom facilities are subpar, management and housekeeping are rude however receptionists and security are incredibly friendly and kind but that's all that's good to say apart from the well developed location

We enjoy residing at the Volga hotel. We appreciate their pet friendliness.

1st location. This hotel is located as comfortable to move to another place , but I can't say perfect.
2nd. Only a few person can speak English.
3rd . Near the hotel , there are mart within 150meters .
4th . Bad news for smokers, it isn't allowed to smoke. You have to smoke outside of the building.
