All the employees are responsive, have a sense of humor, and quickly resolve issues. Everyone is kind and smiling, you can feel it even with masks on their faces. Clean corridors, clean room. Large selection of delicious food for breakfast. I want to come back to you again.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here. We really liked the polite, helpful staff. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food. Wonderful spa. Quite comfortable rooms. The only thing we were surprised about was that the hotel knew that we were celebrating an anniversary and chose this hotel specifically for the celebration. But the hotel did not congratulate us or give us any compliments...

It was a good and comfortable stay.
We chose a 4* hotel and booked a room online. We wanted to check the reservation, but no one answered. When we arrived, it turned out the room we were looking for was unavailable, but there was another one. Naturally, it was more expensive. Generally speaking, they should have accommodated us for the same price, but they didn't. The room didn't have a second set of toiletries or towels, nor even.....
The hotel is an older building, but the location is good. It's not far from the subway station (about 400 meters). The front desk staff doesn't speak English, so I needed a translation app. The breakfast was good, and the value for money was good. It's comparable to a 300 RMB per day budget hotel in China.
The hotel is beautiful, the winter garden is very cozy. The breakfasts are very filling.
Not bad and not expensive for the center. Good price/quality ratio. Polite staff.

Very nice hotel. Would have given 5 stars if I got tea for breakfast after asking 3 times. Other than that the location was great, great staff and very comfortable.
Air-conditioner did not work, though staff tried to fix it. Helpful staff. Convenient location. Breakfast experience was not good. The lady forgot to give us tea even after we reminded.
A very cosy hotel close to the city centre, next to local market and metro stations. The hotel staff is smiling and always willing to assist, no matter the time. Very clean, tidy and with a sense of freshness. WiFi provided. The breakfast could be a bit better. Recommended.
Was in Moscow for business. Stayed 4 days at Hanzer hotel. I really really like this small private hotel! Good location (5 min from subway). Super friendly and helpful staff! Nice room, unfortunately not big, but with a cool jacuzzi! A lot of cafes and restaurants around. Thanks to Hanzer hotel for warm attention and nice Christmas presents! See you!
Great hotel. Next to metro stations and next to many bars and restaurants. Red Square is also nearby, only 2.4km The bed was confortable. The window was big, letting enough light into the room. The toilet and shower were also very clean
Perfect location, very close to the centre and Kremlin and Cathedral if you want to visit them. Amazingly affordable for a week and definitely value for money. Super peaceful, no busy traffic noise. I had a lovely time and they provided a generous selection of toiletries and beverages in the room. An excellent little treasure for a 3 star hotel. Would definitely love to stay again if I go back to Moscow

The hotel and rooms were clean, but the staff at the reception changed the price of the room without our knowledge.
Very nice and cozy hotel in the center. The location is great as it is situated in a very calm street but close to many restaurants. Very clean, tier je and linens are super clean. I adore so high ceilings.
The location of the hotel was very good, you could easily go everywhere. Frankly, the rooms were very small, there was no room for us to fit our luggage. the rooms were clean. The little girl at the reception was very helpful. But the other woman at the reception was the rudest receptionist I have ever seen in my life. She was going to fight with us just because we knocked on the door.
The staff was very helpful and nice. They were ready to help us with all our requests. The receptionists are very professional.
Great service, room was good for two people, the rooms aren’t big so I’d not recommended to a family. Fantastic breakfast.

Wonderful place. The administrator is friendly, always helpful. The room is cozy, comfortable bed, there is a separate bathroom in the room. The hotel itself is located in a quiet location. Great price. The metro is two minutes away. If you stop, then only there.
