Not my first time at this hotel. As always, impeccable service, hygiene standards, facilities, and absolutely fantastic value for money. Great location, too!
Nicely decorated interiors all around the hotel. If you tired of tasteless modern loft-like design in every motel then you know what I mean. Decent WiFi. Polite staff. Wide range of food during breakfast including sources of high-quality animal protein and fats. Been there for two days and no bad experience at all knowing that I'm really picky in everything) Totally worth it.
A great location with only a short walk to the metro. The room was simple but adequate. The included breakfast was nice, though left a bit to be desired around local cuisine (the dumplings on offer were an odd, sweet choice for breakfast). Staff were very friendly and easy to speak to as an English speaker. Overall a great experience.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, in Queen bedroom. Quality of services was really nice, we were positively surprised. Breakfast was great, rooms comfortable, staff nice and helpful. It's ideal for traveling couple, we can only recommend!

The receptionist was extremely unfriendly upon check-in – she didn't see our pre-paid overnight stay in her database and spoke to us in a rude manner. The hotel's location was extremely convenient for my needs in the capital. The room was aged, but clean and odor-free. It was perfectly acceptable for one night, but I wouldn't return.
The location is easy to find, the room is very nice and clean, except for the lack of disposable slippers, everything else is satisfactory. There are also many food nearby, and there is a small supermarket next to it.
Were at the hotel from 20 to 23 October, family room. Everything is just wonderful, clean room, good breakfast buffet, helpful staff, cleaning every day, metro 5 minutes. Thank you, I will recommend you to my friends!
Great hotel! Clean and well managed! If your visit to Moscow is for the sights or hospital, this is the perfect place to go. Free breakfast and very good to tourists!
Stayed in the hotel for a two days. Budget hotel. very clean. Toiletries were charged every day as well as towels. Very small dining room and not so rich breakfast, but it's there. Out of negatives can tell following:1. The upper shower didn't work. 2 The conditioner didn't work good on cool mode, it was very hot in the room even after I've set the temperature on 17° plus the highest speed.

Great hotel. Quiet. Purely. The room has everything you need. Three comfortable beds, clean fresh linen, a set of 2 towels for each guest. A warm blanket. There is a bathroom with a shower. I stayed on this apart-hotel for a week and I can't think of anything particullarly missing or bad. They have a shuttle service from the airport, its at your own expense but it's a private driver that is very polite, drives very nice and has a confortable car. The reception is polite, speak good english and are willing to help at any time. One selfish guest smoked heavily on the room we were going...

Very comfortable hostel. There is everything necessary for life. Large shared kitchen with equipment. Spacious public areas. Clean, comfortable, inexpensive. Breakfast was amazing! A lot of choices, fresh orange juice, fresh bakery, hot meals and good coffee. It’s a nice clean and warm room. Pillows was comfortable. Just a tv remote control doesn’t work. Staff were very polite. Every day they give two bottles of water, tea and coffee. Also very nice tea in the lobby.
I am from Taiwan, I think the cleanliness, server, and location are perfect in this price, moreover, I can pay from my credit card(VISA)!! Which was perfect!!
it's pretty close to Prospekt Mira metro station, about 7-8 minutes walk room was excellent for a solo traveller. It was cleaned daily, the water, the shower system etc. everything was fine. there is a conditioner and a TV in the room too, great to watch before sleep
Clean and exactly as per what you see in the pictures advertised. You can walk to the metro and it takes a few minutes, you have bottles water everyday and more water free to use at dispenser if needed. Amenities given daily , quiet place, very clean and cosy

It was clean room and the staff was kind. There is a subway station if you walk for about 5 minutes. I think it was cost-effective.
Room is very clean and space enough for 2 adults. Shower area a bit small but not a problem for me as I am small build. Quite area, we have a good sleep. Opposite is convenient store where you can grab anything you need, coffee, bakeries, fruits, beer, snack, etc... very affordable price. There is water dispenser near the lift. They clean the room everyday as long as you hang the tag at your door knob
Everyone at the reception is very polite, they'll help you with any questions, and what was really nice was the smiles on their faces. Thank you all so much for the wonderful service.
Overall ambience and cleanliness
The sound insulation was poor. Sounds from other rooms were clearly audible. Also, coffee was extra; coffee beans should have been offered at least in the lobby (it was not in the room).
