1) Dirty in the rooms, settled by a large team, upon check-in, everyone had dirty rooms, used condoms under the beds, hair on the bed, dirty bed linen,
2) breakfast is terrible!!! on cardboard plates, inedible food, instant coffee tea bags, in general, such breakfasts are better to oversleep
3) the pool is dirty, not every daredevil will plunge into such dirt
from + heat throughout the hotel, there is a kettle and hairdryer in the room, on the ground floor there is a coffee machine and a cooler, iron and ironing on each floor, fast elevators

I do not recommend the hotel, I will describe below why.

The family went on vacation for the May holidays, booked a suite. Upon arrival, we were shocked by the facade of the building, but oh well, we thought, maybe it will be much better inside, but alas, this is not the case. We were greeted at the reception and told where to go. There is an elevator, but an icy wind is blowing in the mine.

Here it is the room, in general, everything is as in the photo, furniture, interior.

BUT, when we went in and turned on the light, a surprise awaited us, there was only one light bulb for the whole room and there were two in the bathroom, the rest were just lying in the closet. When we turned to the reception, the guard gave us two more and said to insert them yourself. We apparently came to insert light bulbs, and not to rest. The next BUT was that the room was dirty and dusty. There were sticky marks on the tables, apparently from past guests. There were also sticky smudges on the head of the bed, the window sills and balcony handles were dirty. We were provided with bathrobes, but we got the impression that someone had already worn them before us. They were also dirty and smelled of someone else's perfume.
The bathroom socket was torn out and the faucet by the bathtub was torn out.
It was cold in the room at night, there was air conditioning with warm air, but somehow it was not felt, although it was turned on to the maximum. The headboard of the bed wobbled, the sofa was stained with dirt.
I also think that a deluxe room should have a memo on how to call the reception, how to order ironing, etc., there is a telephone, but it is not said how to call it. And once again there is a cafe, then the menu in the room should somehow also be present. The fridge in the room smelled terrible.

Next, our child wanted to eat. At the reception it was indicated that we can eat a business lunch. They really don’t deliver to the room, but we can buy and go to the room ourselves with food. The cafe made it clear that there is no business lunch, because no one cooks on holidays. The menu was not offered, they said that there is pasta with a cutlet and a salad. Bought 2 servings of main course and one salad. We paid 600 rubles, we didn’t eat the salad at all.

Booked a sauna for an hour for the evening. A dead cockroach swam in the pool, of course we did not swim in it. The sauna itself is not bad, but I would like it to be warmer. But this is an amateur. All the furniture is shabby, it was extremely unpleasant to be there.

We had breakfast included. But again, he disappointed us. They gave us everything, but then it turned out that not everything, we had to ask for cakes and pancakes ourselves. From the outside, it looked like we were begging from the cook’s pocket, we gave it reluctantly, it’s good at least they allowed us to take the rest of the food with us.

In the end, I want to say that we tried to somehow find the pros, but there were much more minuses. The holiday was spoiled, we will not return to this hotel. From such trifles, a general impression is formed, and it is, alas, negative for us.
