Excellent hotel in the very center of the city. Good room, good filling of the bath. Built-in hairdryer. Kettle in the room with a welcome packet of water, tea and coffee with cream. The hotel was fine, the room was a bit small though and I didn't see air conditioning, so it was a bit hot. The location is great, but in terms of comfort / breakfast / design I feel like it was at the bottom among 4-star hotels I visited.

Very close to Red Square (walking 10-15mins), souranded with many bars and restaurants and still very quite for good sleep. I will stay here again for sure.

It was very nice and perfect of my choice. Absolutely perfect, no problem at all. It was neat and clean and tidy Yes the hotel was clean in general Staff was real great although they had problems in communication in English language. But they were smart and intillegent to understand my needs and requirements.

I liked the location as it was close to the Red Square, which was very convenient. I also appreciated the attitude of the hotel manager, Aya — she was always willing to help and very kind, even though there wasn’t much she could do about the issues.

This is actually a hotel, not a hostel pretending to be a hotel (like many in Moscow with this range prices). The room is good for the price, not so big with its own bathroom and shower, air conditioner, cleaning service everyday. Nothing fancy but you won't be uncomfortable. They have nice cosy room, very clean and good location. Only you have to take your luggages up to the second floor to checkin. The special thing here is their staffs, they are very nice, friendly, so kind and willing to help you as much as they can. The language is not barrier to communicate with them. There were 10-12 insects in the room. They didn’t change our room. We just killed them. After elevator, we had to climbs 3 floors with bags. The towels were smelling bad. Wi-Fi is so poor. Front desk woman was not helpful about insects.
