The environment is pretty good, though the room is a bit small. Transportation is quite convenient; you can just take a taxi. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were all very enthusiastic. They can also help you get a temporary residence permit, which is very convenient.
This five-star hotel is definitely worth visiting. I stayed here for two nights when I landed in Moscow for National Day. What was a bit counter-intuitive was that you had to enter and exit through a small side door and go through security, as the main entrance was blocked. However, taxis also navigated to the side door, so it wasn't a big issue. As a hotel with over 200 years of history, staying...
We chose this hotel to experience the classic style which was perfectly as expected, very fancy, spacious, clean and it has bidet. however the service wasn't good enough, the way to our room had stairs on the first floor and none helped us with our luggage, the breakfast was a 5 out of 10 (limited options). The location is too far from tourist attractions. Overall 8/10
Everything is very outdated, not very clean, loud air conditioners outside. The towel has holes in it, so you can barely fit two fingers through it.
Kinda Old facility but impressive

This is a small comfortable hotel with helpful and friendly staff, the room was warm and clean and a nice cup of coffee was always available, this hotel is near Megasport Arena, I look forward to staying there again in the future
