Pretty cheap for Moscow. Everything needed in the rooms. Convenient location. 10 min by walking to the Metro station Nakhimovskiy prospect. Grocery store are near this place.

This review is a bit late, but that doesn't stop me from praising this place! The subway station, Arbat Street, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building are all right at the doorstep. This hotel in my view is in the best location. It is right at the edge of the pedestrian street where all restaurants and cafes are . The hotel is cozy , simple, quiet, clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast menu is very good and suites most tastes . The front desk staff are very friendly and very helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all visitors to Moscow .

One of the best hotel near Arbat street. The location is really convenient with an underground station just across from the street. The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeting people with a smile. The room is spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. We didn't have breakfasts in the hotel, as there are many nice coffee shops and restaurants around. Overall, it was a wonderful stay

It was quite a great value, nice people working there, and they were very patient with my bad Russian language skills. Clean, comfortable room with a very pretty and modern and clean bathroom. There is a distinct and intentional style in the interior decoration, and I really appreciated it. Shuttle service to the airport is convenient and good. There were a few hairs on the sheets and awful smell from the bathroom! Might be okay for single travelers for the price considerations and nice personel. But overall, I would never stay again

Biggest thing to know is that the branded car that picks up from the airport collects guests from the third floor - which is actually the departures floor, not the arrivals floor, don't get caught out. Stand by gate 3 on the third floor outside the airport. The branded transfer car only leaves the hotel once an hour, on the hour - time it accordingly. Rooms are basic but clean, beds are comfortable...

The room had an unpleasant smell. The furniture was old and dated, and the pillows were awful. To make matters worse, on the morning of March 8th, the water supply was cut off due to an incident. Hotel is new and clean. Staff members speak English and are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Room size might be on a smaller side but still cosy. Location is near supermarkets and lots of eateries, that mostly have English menus. Definitely recommended to stay here if you are in the area.

Good location of the hotel! It is about 2 kilometers to Red Square, for those who like to walk, such a distance is not a problem at all. The breakfast buffet is amazing - you won't leave hungry. The staff is polite and responsive to requests. The only negative is the lack of shops within walking distance, but this is not a complaint against the hotel.

I stayed for 4 nights. only 2 bottles of water they provided while check-in only. they put coffee and tea without water.

The location of the hotel is very suitable as the metro , the convenience store and the bus stops are in close proximity. The reception staff are very helpful and supportive.

Price and quality was in good balance. Close to the subway, breakfast is good and yummy but not super diverse: porridge, omelet, sausages, cereal. The employees were super friendly and nice. So if you are looking for a decent, close to the centre place to stay you're in the right place.

We stayed one night. Everything was fine. We had an early checkout and missed breakfast, so we ordered a box lunch and it was delivered to our room.

The hotel was fine, the room was a bit small though and I didn't see air conditioning, so it was a bit hot. The location is great, but in terms of comfort / breakfast / design I feel like it was at the bottom among 4-star hotels I visited.
