Hotel for its 3 stars. At the reception, the receptionists are very polite. All requests were always answered. At first we lived in a triple room, which definitely smelled of cigarettes, although they indicated a non-smoking room when booking. The bed was generally pushed through so that it was impossible to sleep. The next day they changed it to another, a category higher, and everything was fine...

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great breakfasts! Clean, nice furniture, big beds, comfortable mattresses. As a wish, sometimes to dry-clean the carpet, in our room it was heavily soiled. The location is convenient, not noisy. Recommend!

Highly recommended hotel! The friendly staff made me feel at home from the first minute I walked into the door right until I checked out. They were always ready and willing to help (in perfect English). The location is great, an easy 10-15min walk from the closest Metro station with lots of food options available. Rooms are modern and extremely comfortable! Impossible to name any negatives!

The room wasn't big, but it was very charming. The receptionist was excellent, and the cleanliness was superb.

I was taken in by the website and the beautiful photos. In fact, the only plus is the location, but it was clearly not worth 43,000 rubles for 2 nights, for a second for 200 dollars you can rent a Hilton. In fact, we got: 1. A magnificent hotel!! Stylish, interesting, and unique. Very clean, helpful staff, excellent breakfast menu. However, there's one big "but" to consider: there are several bars right next to the hotel, and on weekends, it gets very noisy at night.

The room was in a semi-basement, facing the street, with noticeable traffic and motorcycle noise. The room had a musty smell that took a while to clear. The bathroom was cramped, and the towels had a strong musty smell. The sheets were ragged, and the duvet cover was dirty. The pillows were uncomfortable. The headboard was worn. The breakfast was bland, with no boiled eggs available. The food was average

There was a room in a corner that didn't have wifi. The front desk promised to fix it, but it wasn't fixed at all. They delayed us for a day before moving us to another room.

the lady at reception zarina was very welcoming & Friendly & was the best highlight of the hotel & stay.

Overall, it's okay. The location is a bit far from the subway station, but it's close to the bus station, making it very convenient for commuting into the city. The decor is European-style and looks relatively new. For the price, I highly recommend it; it's a good value.

Really hot rooms, A/C was advertised as available but disabled when we checked in, had to ask to turn it on because the morning sun made the room hotter than was bearable. Ok staff as well

Neat & clean hotel, very near to 2 metro stations. Breakfast spread was satisfactory. There's an open air Gym just outside, I loved it. Breakfast spread was good. Some rooms have very congested toilet. Some rooms don't have AC, Check before taking.

The location is quite nice. Has a metro station Petrovsky Morukaskowa aboutb 10 minutes walking distance. Takes about 40 minutes to reach the city centre by train. Botanical garden is 15 minutes away. I recommend this hotel. My only concern is bathroom that seems not very tidy.

It's alright, the experience is okay, quite convenient, and the hygiene is also good, quite clean.

In my opinion, the hotel doesn't reach 4 stars. The breakfasts were mediocre, the service was average: I had to iron my shirt myself, the safe didn't work upon check-in, and they didn't provide replacement towels. It's good that they had double beds. The rooms are small.

Everything's fine, even beautiful. A bit cramped, but the mattress and shower are comfortable. There's a microwave and one water dispenser for all five floors. Accordingly, there's dirt and a puddle near this water dispenser. How can they not repair one of the two elevators when five floors are fully occupied? There's a problem with the reception: you have to call 3099. It's written in Russian...

We had a really great experience here. I loved that the restaurant was open around the clock. The spa was great and we could have it properly for the evening. No problem to get food delivered to the room. Just great and clean and good service.

Stayed over for a week in 2018 December, nice place to live, old style classic decor, quiet location, beautiful snow scenery.

This is very tricky to find it for the first time, as it is in the deep inbetween blocks area, and even the taxi driver would always have problems to get there. Rooms are ok, service is good. Elevators are super scary, and the breakfast is quite poor choice for western european.
