I was generally satisfied with the hotel, especially the beautiful northern scenery while dining, which was very pleasant and refreshing!

It's clearly a long-established hotel, renovated and fully equipped. Located in the city center, it's easy to find. All the necessary amenities are there, even two ATMs. Even the single rooms are spacious, with great heating and views. I didn't understand why it had such low ratings before, but after staying there, I understand. First, even at reception, very few staff speak English. The female staff...

It's a very ordinary hotel, similar to those chain hotels in China. It feels like a budget hotel, but the price is definitely not cheap. Environment: The environment is even more specific—very old and worn. There's a supermarket nearby.

The room was a bit old, but overall it was nice and the service was excellent.

The four-star hotel offers good value for money. The elevator requires going up to the second floor, and the corridors are rather narrow. It's about two kilometers from the train station, making it convenient for shopping and dining. It's relatively quiet at night.

The room is just great to my taste: comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean, even the bathroom and shower area. It's spacious enough for 1 person and also very quiet. Hotel is huge, comfortable. There is an wheelchair lift that can carry our luggages to pass the stairs. Breakfast is variety. The room is not too big, suitable for one night stay.

Rooms were okay. Neatly kept. So ok value for money. Cappucino was very good at the cafe. The decorations were really nice at the hotel. Location is good as the biggestj mall murmansk mall is 10 min walking distance. All in all the hotel could offer much better experience if staff was more hospitable.

This is the best hotel in the area. It's close to the train station, and also convenient to the shopping mall and McDonald's, which are right across the street. The hotel has many entrances, so when you're taking a taxi, make sure to specify the main entrance to avoid any confusion.

The area right outside the hotel is currently under renovation, so to get to the McDonald's across the street or the plaza in front of Meridian, you have to walk all the way around. They gave me a free room upgrade, which was quite spacious. The TV swivels, so you can watch it from either the sofa or the bed. The bathroom and shower are L-shaped. The room I stayed in had a nice view, two single beds, and the heating was a little insufficient, probably because I didn't know how to turn it on. Everything is top-notch! There's everything you need to feel comfortable, have a good time in the city, and then enjoy a relaxing stay. The views are stunning. The elevators are like Fort Bayard—everyone who enters here must pass that test.

Nice place with good price. There was no concierge and for some reason the entrance seemed to have been moved to the side. The rooms are spacious and nice.

Great hotel in Murmansk. There are always free rooms. Of course, it is better to book in advance, through booking, then the cost will be slightly lower, otherwise, everything is fine. I recommend :)

Great hotel, great location, comfortable rooms. Of the minuses: there was only one bathrobe in the room, even after contacting the reception, the second bathrobe was not brought. I celebrated my birthday at this hotel. I was absolutely delighted! It was beautiful, delicious, and most importantly, my wish to see the Northern Lights came true on the very first night. 😍 I highly recommend it!

Fantastic hotel ,good breakfast better dinner. Small warning do not refer to local reindeer farmers as eskimo, Russians do not like it. But highly recommended to go in winter.

Great place to stay outside Murmansk. You can embrace the nature and the wilderness. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes just Ok.

A hidden gems for Murmansk, nice lock homes but not that warm in the room (outside -20c) the water system is from underground so it’s a bit difficult to wash your hand without water splash everywhere. But overall the stay was great. The hotel is very helpful on the issue that I’ve lose my immigration paper. The first day we arrived the food was not good. But the day after the food was so great.

The accommodation experience is far better than a five-star hotel and it is worth visiting again.

Nice place to stay overnight. We came here for hurting Aurora. And we made it!!! The restaurant in here is beautiful. The room is nice and good style too.

An excellent place for recreation, fishing. Comfortable and equipped houses, helpful staff and delicious and varied food.
