- Location is far from city center and takes 20 minutes approx in taxi. Need to walk a bit on icy path to reach nearest bus stop or supermarket.

+ The room was small but good value for money. They had 1-2 vegetarian options in breakfast. Food area was open all day for self meal preparation and drinking water. - The entrance is a bit hard to get in. If you have big luggage you have to ask the car to pick you up inside. There’s no hotel sign outside the hotel.

- The location is hard to reach by car and the back doors can’t be accessed for easier exit on to the street (we fell down multiple times in snow because of the hard to reach entrance). Also there is no signboard to indicate that the building belongs to Fanoteli. The cleaning staff cleaned the room on some days and did nothing on others. The breakfast is basic bread, cut veggies, corn flakes

+ If you walk down a bit, you get magnificent view of the kola bay. Alyosha monument is also accessible by walk. There is a nearby bus stop and Magnit store for groceries- The location is hard to reach by car and the back doors can’t be accessed for easier exit on to the street (we fell down multiple times in snow because of the hard to reach entrance).
