The hotel is quite good, and the breakfast is fantastic. The café on the first floor is also very nice. However, the room had a terribly strong odor, so bad that I couldn't sleep at night. I wonder if it's because the hotel is too old, but it smelled heavily of mold. It was extremely severe.

Excellent location. Good hotel. qe were uograded but to a weird room... a living room down and to access the beds, we neesed to climb stairs. Had a surprice at the check out, the hotel wanted to charge a bill from the restaurant we did not visited. It was a whole meal (breakfeast serviced !t 7pm on the 1st of January), we prooved the hotel that at the same time we were far away in town paying another...

The room was very hot, I had to go out to get some fresh air. The rest was perfect, thanks for the breakfast and the willingness to store my luggage while I was gone.

The boss is nice, he upgraded the room and the view is good. It would be even better if it wasn't a sand bed.

When I travel to a new country, the most important things for me is to learn about the culture, the history, and the cuisine. I could not have been more pleased by the staff and their accommodation of everything that I could’ve hoped for. I left, knowing that I could recommend anyone to Villa Panorama and be confident that their host would ensure they have a fabulous experience as I did.

Great experience for my first trip to Serbia. This hotel offered great views from the busy streets of Belgrade. The staff was wonderful-very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting them when I return to Belgrade.

Not enough quality for this money. Good beds , quick wifi, good big parking place . Carpet was very dirty, bathroom door was not possible to close, missing Schuco 230V sockets , breakfast poor.

The hotel is modern the rooms are Spacious, clean, huge comfortable bed, the staff is nice and friendly, although located far away from the city, it is easy to find, parking available on site. The breakfast was a little lame though, not many options if you happen to be a vegetarian.

Away from the city centrealong the main road to Belgrade. Ample parking, a very spacious room and a tasty breakfast. The car park was full meaning as it is popular venue for weddings and other celebrations. Across thd motorway is shopping complex.

Our time at the Hedonic was excellent - Kristina the head receptionist was ever so helpful pre arrival and during our stay ensuring all our requirements were met - the gentlemen in bar as always very helpful with a smile I would highly recommend the Hedonic rooms were immaculate and plenty of space Karen White

The room had a different layout from the one pictured, but it was nice and had a huge balcony. The parquet flooring at the bathroom exit was slightly raised. The reception staff were friendly and very polite. The buffet breakfast was very good. It's a shame there was no porridge, but everything else was there, including fruit.

I loved! A very well positioned place with the bus stop just 220 meters away which takes you directly to the center of Belgrade. The girls at the reception are very friendly and helpful, you can ask them based on your tastes, places to visit, go out or eat! The hotel is located in an old building with a beautiful entrance, right in the city center. This is super convenient for exploring the city on foot. The staff are polite and friendly. The room comes with a kettle and cups. Early check-in is possible, subject to availability.

A small cozy hotel located in the very center of Belgrade. The room is clean. The staff is very friendly. Excellent soundproofing, with the window closed the street noise is almost inaudible, you can sleep peacefully.

Fantastic location, rooms were clean and cool. We were greeted by the receptionists like we'd just run over their childhood pet. I smiled at one and she nearly called security. Still, would stay again but will bring my emotional support dog for check-in.

Great hotel at a reasonable price. The terrace was as big as the room which I've hardly seen anywhere else. Make sure to reserve a parking spot upfront.

Could not of asked for a better stay for me and my family. They went over and above for keeping my 5 year old son entertained. Service was great, Nicola, Vesna & Alex are the names I remember but every member of staff was amazing. Will be returning every year. Thank you from Zane!🙂

The location is fantastic, directly in the center as my pictures indicate. Was there Christmas 2018 for two days. The rooms are large and convenient. Big plus: son of host took time to guide me to parking area which is 200 meter walking distance but took us nearly an hour. This is five stars worth, plus the friendliness of the staff! There is a very old elevator, but it works 😊 Room for improvement...

Staff is great, location too. Little tricky is to find entrance. Unfortunatelly i had a really awfull odor from the toilet. I wear a mask to go in and closed the door all the time, even room window was open and aircon turned off.

Great location, really good but... Our room smelled like sewage, there was some problem in the bathroom, the bathroom light wasn't working properly, we asked them to fix it and they didn't. The hair dryer doesn't work. And worst of all, they say there are two beds, but there's only one horrible sofa bed, with a huge unevenness. A very nice budget friendly hotel in the heart of Belgrade...it is a small hotel hidden in the center of the city..it was a bit difficult to find it but thanks to a local lady as she took us just directly to the front door...the hotel is in an old building, the entrance is not looking like a hotel entrance, but when you climb the stairs you reach the hotel...nice clean entrance on the first floor...

It is a wonderful place if you want to get away from the crowded center of the city. The food was excellent, service was great. It is kinda old fashioned hotel with rustic elements which reminded me of old movies. Highly recommended.

We had a pleasant stay - the rooms where spacious, clean and our room had two balconies! The shower-pressure was a little too low for our liking. There was a free parking right beside the hotel. Best of all was the breakfast - the restaurant-staff take your order (from a menu, not a buffet) and bring everything to your table. The location is super convenient, really close to the bus terminal for bus route 72. The room is spacious and fully equipped, with a complete set of kitchen utensils. There's also a large balcony with a nice view. I stayed in room 414.

This hotel is very close to the city center, within walking distance, which is very convenient. The facilities are complete, and check-in and check-out are very easy. The only downside is that the hot water sometimes seems to be unavailable. The rooms are quite large, with two bedrooms, two toilets, and a kitchen where you can enjoy a few drinks in the evening, which is very comfortable.

The hotel is located in the city center, with new facilities. There are supermarkets and open-air markets within 200 meters. For a large group of us staying, we can cook our own Chinese food. Highly recommended

It's really nice! It's like a high-end B&B. Enjoying a cup of coffee while basking in the sun on the balcony is a delightful experience! It also has a kitchen and dining table, a dedicated parking lot downstairs, and a gym. It's a great place! The only downside is the lack of breakfast, but there are several bakeries and cafes nearby. So, it's a good option!

Located in the city center, it is very convenient to arrive at the airport bus or go to landmark buildings. In a residential building, the garden is very beautiful, the staff are warm and friendly, and it can be seen that they are run with care. Breakfast is provided from 8 to 10 o'clock, and coffee and tea are also available during non-breakfast hours.
