Well, we had an amazing 2 weeks, just what we wanted ... Total relaxation! We couldn't really couldn't fault it. A very small island, with only 13 rooms, this means there is also a small "intimate" staff team, that you get to know and they get to know you (and REALLY look after you). With two weeks eating in the same restaurant (apart from lunch on a few days out) You would think you might get board...

This place is like paradise!!! They have all the facilities for a real 5 star hotel. The villas are spacious, luxurious and comfortable, located directly to the amazing beach where you can enjoy the breathtaking views and unbelievable sunsets! The buffet is good. Let's address the elephant in the room: Eden Bleu is not on a beach. If you demand to step directly from your air-conditioned room onto a stretch of pristine sand, I suggest you invest in a pair of very expensive stilts or manage your expectations. Location is great but the staff at the dining are are Very RUDE! They don't know how to talk to people and I heard then having a dispute about giving even a basic necessity like water to the Qatar airways staff that was sitting for dinner and the waitresses was very loud towards them. The hotel is located on a hill. Although the bus stop is nearby, city buses run infrequently and suitcases cannot be brought in, so I highly recommend renting a car with an international driver's license. The room was very large and comfortable. Water and other necessities are not provided, so it's best to shop in town before arriving.

Amazing staff, property and location! Terrible breakfast.

For what is advertised as a five star hotel, we werr disappointed. The staff were lovely and attentive but our breakfast was served cold on soggy bread, there was very loud drilling coming from building and our bathroom had dust over the surfaces. For a 2 night stay before flying home, it was all that we needed, but wouldn't stay again or recommend.

A small cozy hotel. Suitable for spending 1-2 nights there before the regatta, not suitable for a longer vacation. There is no beach nearby. The staff is very responsive and friendly. They answer all possible questions, help with calling a taxi. The breakfast is delicious, a choice of several options on the menu.

The hotel is on the mountain, so it is definitely not easy to drive there. The hotel has a great view and the breakfast is simple. After all, the price is not expensive, and except for the inconvenience in entering and exiting the hotel, it is generally okay.

We just spent the weekend with my family at the guest house. Marianne is a great host and we had very hearty laughs during our conversations. I liked everything. The hostess was hospitable, the view from the window was stunning, and there was an extra bed in the room for two. It was like being in the jungle, with birds singing everywhere and an interesting atmosphere.

Mary Anne is a very sweet and accommodating woman. I used her kitchen to make my own coffee and sat at the kitchen table to use my computer. I have odd sleeping habits and was often up at night working which was no problem. She gives you paaya from her yard.

Run down but close to beach Extremely basic accommodations, the room needed an overhaul, lights, fixtures, tv, electric outlets, clean up at the bathroom, new toilet water bowl, a paint job, new door and more. These wonderful apartments are conveniently located in a beautiful garden near Beau Vallon Beach, with all amenities nearby. Just finished 9 wonderful days at Divers Lodge Guest House in Beau Vallon, Mahe, Seychelles. What a gem! My room was spacious with all the necessities: large firm bed, balcony with sea view, hot shower with great pressure, mini fridge, in room safe, toiletries and a TV. The highlight for me was the excellent breakfast which consists of local tropical fruit, house made breads, eggs, toast, crepe pancakes...

Divers Lodge is perfect! The best location, right overlooking a very quiet beach. The rooms are spacious, great WiFi and cleaned every day. What made the place really special were the staff Sonia and her team couldn’t do enough for us and the breakfast each day was excellent.

We have to agree with review of David S 1 month ago. Clean and comfortable accommodation with a terrace and a view of the sea, smiling and hardworking staff, great and rich breakfasts with an even better view of the ocean and finally the top - great swimming just a few meters in front of the house!! If we ever return to Mahé, we will definitely stay here, for sure!

Divers Lodge guesthouse is literally the best guesthouse we've stayed in so far...and we have stayed in quite a few. It is situated right on the beach, you can hear the waves lapping on the shore. The staff are amazing and very accommodating, the room was huge with all the necessary amenities, fridge, coffee, tea ,tv , air conditioning etc ...and the breakfast!!! Just wow.
