This was our fourth stay in Seychelles, and unfortunately this property was the worst among all.
It’s a hotel not a apartment. The images are different.
The hotel is clearly understaffed, with no helpers and very limited staff available.
The reception is often unattended, making it difficult to reach anyone when assistance is needed. The receptionist we encountered was also quite unhelpful.
While the rooms are spacious and well designed, we faced serious hygiene issues. Lizards and cockroaches were found inside the cupboards and even around the bed curtains, which was very uncomfortable.
Housekeeping is not done proactively — we had to repeatedly request room cleaning, and even then there was a long waiting time due to staff shortage.
Bedding was also inadequate. Only a basic bedsheet was provided as a blanket, with no heavier option available when requested.
Considering the price and location, there are many better accommodation options available nearby. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations
Breakfast is a few toasts and fruits. Would not recommend for a long stay.
The host was magnificent in giving advices.
Beach is small and dirty, shallow water during low tide. Anse Royale is much much better.
