Perfect location, beautiful design & architecture work, delicious food! As a father of a teenager daughter I was so pleased and surprised when she asked - Do you have matcha? And the answer was yes and the fact that they had so many different types of milk as well was really positive, as well as the fruit asortyment. The hotel was under some reconstruction but it wasn’t a problem at all. The thing that wasn’t very pleasant for a 5 star hotel was the time that I had to wait for food as well as the communication between the staff, I’m not talking about the spa crew neither about the reception staff and the management that was at the hotel for max 10 days because they just moved there, but they were doing an impressive job, but I’m talking about the waitress in all hotel. They need a good training. Going back to the good things, amazing spa and perfect staff. Beautiful beach, so clean that it looks like a dream, but the sunbaths saw better times, they need to be change. Huge pool, great location, amazing garden, I’m not sure but I think that I had never saw before a hotel located in a jungle that is looking so amazing and cared for! Delicious breakfast the asortyment was huge!! The fruits and the buffet overall were exactly for a five star hotel! A huge shoutout to the chef that made those amazing meals, looking so beautiful! The room was perfectly clean and as well the hotel it
self. The Managment is trying their best and they doing great! In a conclusion a PARADISE ON EARTH THAT NEEDS A BIT OF LOVE!!!

This is our honeymoon trip. We stayed at the panoramic villa with amazing views of the ocean. Very calm and enchanting. And those starry night… Restaurants, spa, everything is top-notch here. There is renovation going on in the hotel currently but it doesn’t bother us at all. In terms of food we liked Losean restaurant the most. The Creol set menu dinner was great and the service is very good. Especially Anwar who catered to us at Losean restaurant, was very attentive and went out of his way to make our honeymoon unforgettable.

We had a great stay at Raffles Praslin. The sea view room was stunning, with beautiful design and breathtaking views. On day one, the beach had some seaweed, but the hotel arranged a complimentary visit to Anse Lazio beach, which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed the complimentary snorkeling. The Indian food initially didn’t meet expectations, but the chef and team ensured we had good vegetarian meals for the rest of our stay. The staff were very hospitable, and the buggy service was smooth and convenient. The only drawback is that the property is on a cliff, so it may not be ideal for physically challenged guests. Overall, a memorable stay with excellent service.

We had an amazing stay at Raffles Seychelles. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The welcome from the security team, front office, and service team was very warm, friendly, and professional. The food and all our dining experiences were fantastic, with great quality and presentation. A special thank you to Otman, Chef Franck, the entire culinary team, as well as the front office and service and Housekeeping teams for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail Everything made our stay truly memorable. We visited the Raffles Seychelles to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and overall it was a memorable and special experience.

Although we experienced a few issues during the first couple of days, the hotel staff supported us in every possible way and did their absolute best to resolve them quickly and efficiently.

First and foremost, Guest Relations Manager Mr. Otman Imzri was absolutely exceptional and deserves special recognition. His professionalism, dedication and genuine care turned our experience into a truly comfortable and reassuring stay. His commitment truly made us feel valued and well looked after.

In addition, Restaurant Manager Sofien provided outstanding support, making sure all our requests and preferences were met with great care and attention.

A very special thank goes to Executive Chef Frank, who organized a private Turkish Night for us. With incredible flavors and thoughtful preparation, he brought the taste of Turkey to the Seychelles and created an unforgettable culinary experience.

Our butler, Amy was always easy to reach and, with her warm personality and friendliness, became one of the highlights of our holiday.

We truly appreciate the effort and hospitality of the entire team and would be happy to return in the future.

We stayed at Raffles Seychelles in February 2026. We were surprised by how friendly the staff were. Our butler, Haseem, pampered us and gave us excellent advice. He always cleaned the villa perfectly and created funny figures out of the bath towels. We always received a very warm welcome in the restaurant. Mr. Tamer in particular always had time to advise us on where to eat. The hotel is really recommendable.

We have stayed in Raffles during renovation but it didn’t disturb us at all. Only once while we were on the main pool we heard something but in Villa, restaurants and beach nothing. Villa is spacious and clean, has everything what u need. Our villa was with panoramic view—＞ incredible:) Beach small but beautiful, u can always find place and there are some water sports to do. All People that working in hotel are great, perfect service especially Mohamed and Niha that were serving us Breakfast which is also great. Buggy is always there and u can easly move. In conclusion perfect staying and I would like to come back soon:)
