I would like to express my sincere thanks for the excellent service we received during our one-week stay. We truly had a wonderful time at the hotel. Everything was perfect – we were completely satisfied with both the room and the service.
I would especially like to highlight Ms. Barbrah Motte, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. She was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude greatly contributed to our pleasant stay.
As a small note, I would like to mention that we found the number of sun umbrellas and sunbeds around the pool to be limited. During a previous stay, we recall there being more available. It might be worth considering replacing or increasing them for the comfort of guests.

The geckos in the hotel were disgusting, the food was unsanitary and gave me diarrhea, and the hotel was only cleaned every few days. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The facilities don't live up to the brand name. My dry-cleaned clothes weren't even clean, and they charged over 400 RMB per item. I didn't check at the time, thinking there shouldn't be an issue. However, the breakfast was very good.

We stumbled across this place by happenstance this evening. The security woman we spoke to was very pleasant and welcomed us in off the beach. What a surprise!
We ate at the beachside restaurant/bar: the food and drinks were first-rate and good value, and the service (from Ms. Barbrah Motte and coleagues) was impeccable and friendly - a great combination.

Our stay was wonderful. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush nature and a beautiful beach. The suites are spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable.
The food was excellent throughout our stay, with great variety and quality. A special mention goes to Fabrice, whose friendly, professional, and attentive service truly stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable.
A special shout-out as well to Ashley, the resort’s marine biologist, who guided us on an snorkeling experience. She explained everything clearly while ensuring our safety at all times. Her genuine passion and deep love for marine life were adorable and very inspiring.

The hotel is generally good, and the welcome was pleasant.
However, our overall experience did not meet the expectations of a five-star resort, and I would not recommend it as a five-star experience.
We observed a pattern in room allocation where Arab guests appeared to be placed at the far end of the resort, raising concerns about fairness in room distribution. Despite traveling with a child and booking one month in advance, we were not located near the main facilities or the kids’ club
The service was somewhat slow. On one occasion, our request for a golf cart was ignored, and we waited despite being assured that someone would be sent to pick us up. There were also instances where our calls to room service were not answered, and no return call was made, which was quite unusual
The beach not worth it at all and did not compare to other beaches in Seychelles in terms of beauty or swimming suitability.
We also experienced issues with the bedding. The duvets were clearly worn out, with uneven and insufficient filling, and did not meet five-star standards in terms of comfort and quality. A replacement was provided, but it was also old and only marginally better.

It was an amazing experience. Absolutely magical, so well narrated. The service by Udaya was exquisite, the food a dream. Thank you very much Chef Seldrick.
I want to add that I was very much impressed by the friendlies of the staff. The beach crew was exceptionally nice, the lifeguards were amazing and very helpful when I got stung by a wasp. Also the gym and recreation team with Shiran were exceptional.

Excellent hotel. Service is top-notch. The staff is attentive to your needs and is always available. It's chilly here in August due to strong ocean winds. I highly recommend it.

It’s one of the best most beautiful places & hotel I have stayed in, the clean rooms are amazing they clean two times a day in the morning & night and I just find this is very convenient for places like this because of the sand , the food is very delicious the people how work there are very friendly & kind I would definitely recommend, Marie-Yvonne she organised a lovely trip for me & my family to see the turtles and the islands of Seychelles, & I had the best massage experience,Stefanie she helped me with the check out she was very helpful & kind also gave us some gifts from the kempinski 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Stopped by for an afternoon snack before swimming. They have a great tea time sampler of individual bites that's really good. Lots of diverse flavors that work together, along with a nice selection of teas. Definitely worth a stop for a drink/snack. Has nice views of the beach from most chairs and a play area for children.

We had an early dinner here after a day of swimming in the Baie Lazare. The restaurant is right on the beach with great sunset views. Service is fast, friendly and accommodating. All of our food was good (my tuna was a bit overcooked, but good nonetheless).

Great tasting food. Lovely setting, on the beach. Service is a bit hit and miss - sometimes attentive, sometimes not. A warning though - the prices are astronomical. Two burgers with chips, two drinks and a dessert came to approx. £100! Convenient if you're staying at the hotel, but a clear rip off.
