Wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is wide and comfortable. Each room has a veranda or a loggia. The grounds are well-maintained, and the beach is beautiful and clean. However, the wind often kicks up waves, so you might not get much swimming in. There's an excellent pool, practically Olympic-sized, so you can get a full workout in the morning before the kids arrive.

The service was excellent. Staff polite and very helpful and attentive. The amenities are excellent and in top notch condition. The restaurant has a wide range of food to suit every palate.

I spent a short stay at this 5-star hotel with my mom. Overall, the hotel itself is very nice. The room was comfortable, well designed, and had all the required amenities. The location is also excellent, which made the stay pleasant, and globally we did enjoy our time there.
However, the biggest negative point of this hotel is clearly the service. Some staff members were very good and genuinely made an effort to make us feel welcome. For example, the gentleman who took our luggage up to the room was professional, polite, and did his job perfectly. Unfortunately, not all of the staff are trained at the same level, and this is where the experience really falls short of 5-star standards.
We did not receive our welcome drink at arrival. I asked twice for it to be sent up to our room, and both times it was simply forgotten. We also were not given any information regarding the Wi-Fi password, which is a very basic detail in any hotel, especially a 5-star one. These may seem like small things, but in luxury hospitality, details matter a lot.
What was most disappointing is not only that these issues happened, but how they were handled. At the end of our stay, we informed the staff about the missing welcome drink and the overall lack of follow-up. There was no real apology, no sense of concern, and no effort to make things right. It felt like it was “okay whatever” for them, which is not acceptable at this level.
As clients who are used to staying in 5-star hotels, this was honestly one of the worst service experiences we have had in that category. When staff are not properly trained and do not attend to basic client needs, it directly affects the overall quality and image of the hotel, no matter how beautiful the property is.
This hotel has strong potential, but service consistency and staff training clearly need major improvement to truly meet 5-star expectations.

The property is undoubtedly very beautiful, excellent for families with children given the large swimming pool, and the cocktails are truly good (regarding the food, perhaps something needs to be reconsidered, especially the dishes at the beach bar). However, the most perplexing issue was the musty, damp smell in the room, along with the level of cleanliness that leaves something to be desired (toilet not completely clean in the crevices, bathtub with stains, sheets possibly clean but with several stains—all aspects that are unacceptable for a 5-star hotel).

It was a nice hotel. The beach was nice, the room was lovely but the hotel didn’t quite feel like the luxury of 5 stars. Some amenities needed upkeep. Although the steam room was lovely it definitely needed a clean. We also waited an hour to check in. In the hotel it is mainly families which is something to consider when booking.

It’s a lovely spot, very beautiful garden by the sea with lots of local fruit trees, amazing service and very helpful staff, there is free kayaks and stand up paddle boards for guests to use, the food at their restaurants was absolutely amazing!!

The hotel is good not bad, unfortunately they didn’t do anything like bed decoration for our anniversary or a cake. The message was like 5/10 average didn’t like that much! Breakfast was good the beach is beautiful the pool is very nice. The kids club is not that big, but the two employees working in the kids club were so rude to us and to my kids they shouted out loud at them to clean and not to touch anything even the activities they didn’t allow us to join them! I had to complain about them, thank you Abdulfatah he was so so sweet and he gave us a free breakfast for 1 day and discount on a trip to 5 islands we enjoyed. Thanks!

A very good hotel on the beach.
Large and causy rooms, very good breakfast, good spa (a little bit expensive, but has 50% off on the morning).
