Reviews
A very special thank you to the amazing managers, Christopher and Charles. They were incredibly kind, approachable, and clearly dedicated to making every guest feel comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do.
The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was quiet and relaxing – exactly what we were looking for.
Breakfast was good and offered a solid selection to start the day.
Overall, it was a perfect experience, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
My friends got a room in the other location across the street, they had rouches and lizards in the room, the smell in the bathroom was disgusting .
In the morning I couldn’t get one smile from the staff always the same faces, that face which is upset if you are asking something, even though the breakfast was included. The poorest breakfast which I had in my life was in this hotel and Praslin.
Generally speaking I felt Praslin is an island of scammers, everyone is trying to sell you a coconut for 50 bucks :) the food on the island is generally poor . If you plan your holiday here try the big resorts and avoid making business with the locals, there is nothing here.
If you asked the GM something he will definitely will react I am sorry I am sorry , sorry for this and for that but I guess they are just trained to say this as dont think he or the staff will improve on something.
I will say also sorry and charge anyone 500 bucks per day you know ? :) its a nice business
We were particularly impressed by the kindness of the all staff members, who cuddled us with smiles and an extremely professional service.
We also recommend the spa service very much, perfect for a next level relaxing experience.
In our room there were no mosquito nets at the windows, so sometimes some insects entered in the room. However there were not so many as the staff regularly performs treatments on the surrounding green areas.
