Galeria Thermal Bešenová in Besenova

We had a good stay but several things need to be improved to consider this hotel a 4 star hotel. The room looked very good but there was barely any water pressure on the shower, nor ventilation in the bathroom. We had a whirlpool in the balcony that barely made it to 34 degrees, getting cold water after 5 minutes. Besides asking for the maintenance to check it for several days, nothing happened. Cleaning service was a joke: if you would put the non disturb sign on the door, you would have to later ask reception for room cleaning, which never happened. Just change of towels and once, repositioning of toilet paper. On the first day we haven’t put the non disturb sign yet, when the cleaning lady knocked on the door to ask if we wanted the service, and when we asked to wait 5 minutes because we were getting dressed, she literally rolled her eyes at us. Overall service was poor. From non existent to very poor English at reception, when the website has the English option, to being at dinner and the waiter taking your food away when you are bringing the fork to you mouth, without asking. The water park functioned well and the sauna is exceptional. Curiously it was the only place we could communicate in English.
