Room was very comfortable. Customer service here is extremely good. The best skiing experience i have gotten. 10/10 recomend.

We came to this hotel for a holiday break. My wife and I, both Poles over 70, and my daughter, her husband, and grandchildren, were looking for an active holiday (skiing)—eight of us in total. We're very glad we chose this hotel. Firstly, it's a cozy, family-run hotel with nice, well-maintained rooms, a kettle, tea, and water in the room. Secondly, the ski slopes are right outside the hotel, everything is within easy reach. Parking is available right outside the hotel, and the hotel staff (reception) is very helpful, friendly, and kind. Thirdly, you can use the spa area, two saunas, a jacuzzi, loungers, and drinks. This is very useful for us, especially for older, active people, that's who we are. Fourthly, the restaurant and food are very tasty, almost home-style. The staff are active, friendly, and helpful. We're glad our daughter chose this hotel. It's worth choosing this hotel for young people, the elderly, and the very elderly. Keep it up, I don't know who the owner is, choosing people who are so helpful to vacationers.All the staff deserve praise. The chef cooks delicious food, the restaurant staff are friendly and helpful, the reception is exemplary, and the spa is wonderful.

Charming hotel with modern amenities and so close to the slopes! Very professional and friendly staff, in particular the lovely receptionist who went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Situated right by the slopes and on the higher end of the mountain Hotel Jasná was a pleasant surprise. Matching modern life qualities with a very genuine wooden winter cottage aura. Friendly and great staff.
Don't forget to visit the wellness spa.

Breakfast had a good selection. Showers were hot and powerful. Only problem were the thin walls where you can hear everything going on next door or in the corridor. We were unlucky to be next to a room with a crying baby all night which kept us awake.

Also, the hotel is up the slope so you would have to walk up with all your ski equipment or get on the last lift up by 15:30.

We were very pleased with the Fis Hotel. We got apartments instead of rooms, which made us very happy, very good accommodation. All the staff were good meals, great for me, reasonably well organized and tasty.

Super hotel, great and friendly staff. Great and tasty choice for allergy sufferers, we will definitely be back.
